Kehlani released the little boy and smiled at him. She brushed his hair with her hand and kissed his forehead before releasing the boy who ran in the school to meet his friends.

The alarm she set on her phone began ringing and her eyes widened as she checked it.

“F**k! I’ve missed the first lecture of the day.”

Kehlani immediately wore the cap of her hoodie and began running in order to meet the next subway that will take her to school.

Immediately the traffic light turned red, she made to cross the road but almost immediately a black SUV sped dangerously towards her.

Luckily she was swift enough to jump out of the way but she landed on her knee, making it to bruise.

“Ouch!”

The car stopped in front of her and the window of the back door rolled down revealing a handsome man with black shades on. He wore a loose shirt which was left unbuttoned revealing his muscular.

“Hey!” Kehlani gritted her teeth as she marched towards the car.

“Are you f**king crazy! Didn’t you see the red lights?!”

The man didn’t speak, he just kept staring at something in particular on her body. Suddenly, a smirk appeared on his lips.

“Nice b**bs you have there,”

“Huh?” Kehlani muttered before looking down. Her cheek turned red when she saw her hoodie zipper was slightly down exposing part of her bra.

“You’re sick! F**k you!” Kehlani spat before walking off.

“Boss, should I make her pay for such disrespect.” The driver of the car asked. He was wearing a corporate suite.

“No… Just let be.” Jason replied as he watched Kehlani walk off. He smirked.

Luna cleaned her hands once she was done washing it. Their first lecture was a success. Her phone began ringing and she brought it out, it had several cracks on it and the ink was even leaking, darkening some part of the phone.

“Emily,” Luna smiled as she picked the call.

“How was your first lecture?”

“It went well. You won’t believe what happened to me earlier,” Luna sighed.

“What?”

“Let’s meet up, I’ll tell you everything.” Luna said.

“Sure, I’m heading to the cafeteria. Meet me there babe, muah!” Emily hung up.

Luna smiled. Unfortunately her and Emily aren’t in the same discipline. She kept back her phone and checked herself out in the mirror.

Suddenly, the door to one of the cabinets in the restroom opened and Gracie walked out, pressing her phone.

Luna looked at her through the reflection of the mirror and she couldn’t hide her surprise. She quickly looked away when Gracie looked back at her.

Gracie raised a brow, “Look who we have here. Aren’t you the friend of that b*tch.” Gracie spoke.

Luna turned to her. Gracie smirked as she scanned her.

“Just look at you, I bet you came in here through scholarship. Poor rat!” Gracie smirked.

“I-”

“Babe?” A male voice sounded at the door.

“I’m coming, love!” Gracie replied. She turned and looked at Luna.

“It’s preferable you just quit coz your stay in this school will be hell. Mark my words,” With that said, Gracie left.

Luna sighed out, “Is this school just filled up with lunatics?” She thought.

Emily was about to enter the cafeteria when she bumped on someone who was just about to leave the cafeteria.

Her heart skipped a beat when she saw it was none other than Weston.

“Oh, uh… I’m sorry.” Emily muttered, shyly tucking a piece of her hair behind her ear.

“No qualms,” Weston said and was about to leave.

“Wait!” Emily exclaimed, making Weston to turn back.

“Um…” She smiled shyly, “I’m a very big fan of you senior Weston. I don’t know if it’ll be possible for me to have your number.” Emily said, stretching her phone.

“Please.” She added.

Weston looked at the phone then at her. Without any other words, he walked off.

Emily stood there, looking shocked.

“Um, excuse me. Where’s the cafeteria?” Luna asked a group of girls.

“That way.”

“Thanks,” She muttered and immediately began rushing towards the cafeteria.

It’s been almost 30 minutes since Emily called. She was sure Emily was waiting for her.

“Ouch!” A girl winced when Luna mistakenly bumped on her in the course of walking fast

“I’m sorry,” Luna said and resumed her fast walking.

As she was about to turn right, she mistakenly bumped on someone. Her eyes widened as she found herself falling but the person swiftly pulled her by the arm, making her to land on his chest.

Their faces were at very close proximity.

“I’m so — you?” Luna raised a brow as she stared at the person’s face.
