“Pick up your phone dad!” Naomi gritted her teeth angrily and began angrily typing a number.
She was sitting alone in a bench made out of a stone.
“Who’s she trying to call” someone sat beside her and before she could say anything, her phone got yanked away from her hands.
She immediately turned to her side to see Dante beside her.
“Hey give it!” She yelled but he stood up.
She stood up too and began chasing after him.
“Awwn, why is she calling her daddy? Does she needs money!” Dante mocked.
“What is your problem! I thought I won’t see you again since Chase or whatever left the school, it’s all your fault to begin with because if you haven’t thrown that stùpid party then all these wouldn’t have happened!!” She yelled out.
Dante stopped running and moved closer to her.
“Naomi you should kneel down and thank me because I only did you good, I exposed you to you to the light and if not because of me, you wouldn’t have known that Lockwood was using you, you’d have been throwing yourself all over him like a bîtch! You wouldn’t have known all these would you??” He said.
Naomi was breathing in anger as she stared at him.
“What are you gonna hit me for telling you that truth, come on now! Kneel down and tell me thank you, you should kiss my feet too because I really saved you from the greatest humiliation ever” he smirked.
“Dante you bastàrd! Why can’t you just shut up!” She raised her hands up to hit him but he caught it with a proud smirk on his face.
“I can see it in your face Naomi, you want to break down and I like it so why don’t you just do it now, we are alone in this compound” he smiled.
Naomi raised her second hand to hit him but he caught it again.
“Naomi” a familiar voice called and she looked the other side to see Gwen’s parent.
They were holding some snacks and food.
“Aunt Paula and Uncle Jerry” she forced herself away from Dante and faced them.
“We are so glad to see you first, we’ve been calling Gwen since like forever but she’s not picking up, can you tell us her room?” Jerry asked and adjusted his glasses.
“Room 27” Naomi muttered.
“Thank you sweetheart, oh look we also got something for you, it’s you and Gwen’s favorite” Paula gave Naomi a plate.
“Thank you Aunt” Naomi muttered again as she collected it.
“Okay, we’ll get going! Jerry stop looking at everywhere and walk with me” Paula grabbed his hands and began leaving.
When they left, Naomi snatched her phone from Dante and harshly gave him the food Paula gave her.
“Hey you’re fighting with Gwen not her parents!” Dante shouted and followed her.
“I don’t want it so you can have it” Naomi shouted and increased her pace, when she felt Dante still following her, she began running.
“I only eat from expensive cookers and ingredients not some fat man and poor woman!” He shouted and threw the food away.
When Naomi got to a corner, she stopped and wiped her tears.
“When have you ever cook for me, mom and dad or when have you ever come to visit me!” She said angrily.

Gwen and Erica were coughing so much in the room because Lucky was busy in the kitchen.
“Lucky pipe down a bit, if you can’t cook normally them go cook outside!” Erica complained.
“Sorry” Lucky shouted from the kitchen.
There was a knock at the door.
“I’ll get it” Gwen stood up and went to get the door, she was surprised to see her parents.
“Mom! Dad” she gasped and hugged the both of them even though her hands can’t really contain her father’s body.
“Why didn’t the both you tell me that you were coming” she pouted.
“We have been calling you for ages but you never pick” Jerry replied.
“Really, I’m sorry I put my phone to silent because I was busy with a project, please come on in!” She made space for them to enter.
The moment they did, they began coughing too.
“Lucky you’re choking Gwen’s parents! Hello Mr and Mrs Lee!” Erica shouted at Lucky at first then smiled at Paula and Jerry.
“You can call us aunt and uncle” Paula smiled sweetly.
“Alright” Erica replied.
“Mom dad, come sit” Gwen put them over with the sit on the free chair but she made her dad sit on her bed because of his weight.
“My dear, you’re looking for stressed out” Paula touched Gwen’s face.
“Yeah, just busy with lots of school stuffs, I’ll be fine when I’m done” Gwen smiled and looked at the nylon her mother was holding.
“What did you get for me?” She smiled and opened the nylon.
“OMG! Steamed buns!! This is I and Naomi’s favorite!!” She said excitedly and without waiting, she shoved one inside her mouth.
“Oh we also got something for your roommates!” Jerry opened the nylon he was holding and brought out two plates of food.
“Thank you Dad, Erica, Lucky come over!!” Gwen called them over.
Erica climbed down from her bed and collected the plates from Jerry.
“Looks and smells good, I’m so gonna love it thanks” she smiled.
Lucky also came out of the kitchen to greet Gwen’s parents, they spend some more time together before Gwen’s parents left.
“Your parents are the best” Lucky smiled.
“And your father is very well in size” Erica nodded.
“Yeah unlike other girls, my mom wasn’t into well built guys, people made fun of their relationship a lot but hey they are happily married and they have me” she flunts her hair happily.
“Cool, my parents only cares about wealth, I’ve been staying here too much, I’ll go look for Naomi” Erica rolled her eyes and sighed.
“I wonder why you two had to divide our friendship” she added before leaving.
Gwen shook her head and continued to eat her buns.

Lucky happily arranged the food she cooked on the table in front of Edward.
“These are a lot” he said.
“But you can try to eat them under ten minutes” she replied.
“Yeah, it smells delicious” Edward smiled and rubbed his hands together.
Lucky smiled and held her stopwatch.
“You have ten minutes to eat up all these, in three, two, one, go!!” She put on the timer.
Edward only took two spoons when he started coughing.
“What’s wrong?” She asked.
“Too spicy and hot!” He fanned on his tongue.
“Keep eating, if it’s spicy then it’s delicious!!” She clapped her hands.
Edward nodding and kept eating but he couldn’t handle the spice anymore, he held his chest and began coughing hard.
“Edward, are you okay?” Lucky moved closer to him.
He shook his head and continued coughing out, water were starting to come out of his eyes.
“Stop scaring me, drink water!” Lucky opened and body water and tried feeding him but he suddenly fell down and passed out.
“Edward!!” Lucky shouted and squatted beside him.
She kept hitting and shaking him but he didn’t move or open his eyes.
“Edward!!!” She cried out.
