“Good morning!” Marie greeted as she walked into the kitchen.

Her greeting was answered in joy when Caleb lifted her into his arms, spinning her around while laughing out loud.

” Good morning” Caleb greeted as he let the laughing Marie down.

“What’s going on? You look very happy Caleb” she said breathlessly.

“And when isn’t Caleb happy?” Jacob added.

“You see Marie today is no working day for some of the employee” Caleb began.

“And it’s a no working day for us since we will be going on a trip. A gesture by the CEO himself” Caleb replied.

“So it’s because we are going on a trip that you are this excited?” She asked and he shaked his hesd in reply.

“It’s not that. The thought of getting to ride in the boss ship have been driving me crazy. I heard that the ship is a luxury and beauty itself ” Caleb said truly mesmerised.

“And we will be getting into that yatch today” James added.

“So if everyone of us leave who will take care of the meal for today?” Marie asked.

“Well the other employees left will just have to go out and get something to eat and besides Charles always stay back ” Caleb replied.

“He will also be staying this time too” Jacob added.

“Says who?”Charles asked suddenly and they all turned to stare at him.

“Will you be coming?” Jacob asked and he nodded.

“This will be a first for him right?” James asked stunned by Charles sudden decision.

“It will. Well who cares, the more the merrier” Jacob replied wrapping his arms around Charles.

“So will you be coming Marie?” Charles was the one who asked.

She wanted to tell him yes but remembering the date with Romeo she decided to say other wise.

“I can’t come” she said softly.

“Not on your life. You are coming with us” Caleb said wrapping his arms around her and steering her outside.

A reporter was about heading out when he recieved a message on his phone.

“We’ve gotten a jack pot” He said aloud that all his other colleague came to gather around him.

“Turns out the billionaire tycoon has a girlfriend. The sender didn’t tell us anything more specific but the pictures tells us something more. We’ve got to publish it today” the reporter said and immediately they all got to work.

“This sunlight is mesmerising” Marie muttered to herself as she stood by the foyer gazing outside while waiting for Romeo’s yatch like everyone.

She hadn’t want to go but the guys had forced her and she had immediately sent a text to him which got her feeling secured that he knew where she was incase he couldn’t reach her.

As soon as they got to the hotel where they were waiting for the arrival of the yatch. The guys had gone to charm some girls leaving her alone and she didn’t mind, she was content watching the scenery and also content to think only about Romeo.

“What’s got you smiling?” Charles suddenly asked beside her.

“The scenery. It’s been so long since have gone out and it will be my first time on a yatch and that thought is making me excited just as Caleb is” she muttered the last part to him.

While she turned her gaze on the scenery once again Charles had his on her.

She was still starring when he suddenly took hold of her hand.

“Need my help or something?” She asked knowing that whenever they need her help is when they get all touchy.

“Not your help but I want to make a confession ” Charles said and Marie already knew what he was going to say before he said it.

“I like you Marie. I really really like you” he said with sincerity and Marie was still thinking of a way to reject him when a female employee approached her.

“Is this true Marie?” The girl asked showing Marie a picture of herself and Romeo coming out of the hotel.

“Judging by your expression it is” The girl conclude as she went back to meet her other friends who were now starring at Marie.

?”Wow! She’s really seeing the CEO himself”

Marie turned away from everyone gaze as they all kept starring at her.

“Is the gossip true? Are you dating the boss ?” Charles was the one who asked this.

“She is!” A voice replied behind.

Charles and Marie both turned to see Romeo there and immediately Romeo took charge.

He walked towards Marie and pulled her into his arms while facing everyone.

“The rumour is true. Marie is my woman, is there any problem?” He asked starring at everyone who kept murmuring among themselves.

“If you’ve got something to say I want you to say it now cause I won’t have you saying things behind our back and if this news have angered you enough to want to leave, you can feel free to do so” Romeo said and Marie pulled at his arms.

“Don’t worsen the situation” she muttered and he nodded before looking away.

“Marie and I are together and I hope everyone is happy for us. The yatch will be arriving soon and I can tell you that you will be missing a lot if you leave. So stay and celebrate with us” he said which got everyone clapping and wishing them.

Soon the yatch arrived and while Romeo went to oversee things, Marie went to Charles.

He had been silent and distance when he found out about her and Romeo.

“Charles”she called softly as she went to meet him.

“So you are seeing Romeo” Charles said looking sad.

“I would have told you if the news hadn’t been posted” she said quickly.

“You would have told me what? That you are dating the boss or that you are going to reject me”

“Charles I…..”

“Don’t! I don’t want to hear your answer now” he said before going to the yatch where the other employee are getting into.
