    The social media personality and lawyer by the name Ridwan Oke has shared a post on his handle shedding more light on the reasons Cubana Chief Priest who pleaded ‘not guilty’ to alleged Naira abuse was granted 10 million Naira bail, whereas cross-dresser Bobrisky was sentenced to 6 months in prison for the same crime.

    The post was to help educate the general public on the reasons why both cases were handled differently. Read his submission below

    ‘I see people quoting this tweet with misinformation and outright ignorance.

    1. Bobrisky pleaded GUILTY when he was arraigned, Cubana Chief Priest pleaded NOT GUILTY, hence, the procedure is different.

    2. Bobrisky was sentenced to prison for 6 months without an option of fine having pleaded guilty. He admitted that he was wrong which made his/her process faster

    3. Cubana Chief Priest was granted Bail because he pleaded NOT GUILTY and that means the EFCC now have to prove that he’s guilty before the court can sentence him to prison, fine him or both.

    4. The 10M Naira bail condition is not a fine. In fact, he doesn’t have to pay it unless ordered by the court or where he jumps bail.

    5. Granting bail for such offence is in line with Section 36 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 ( As amended).

    6. In short, Cubana Chief Priest may still go to prison if the EFCC is able to prove the allegations against him.”

    Oh is a nice I dea she got there, so I started making enquiries from the Moutuaries and began partnership.. I began to make beautiful casket and coffin to them and they’ll sell it then take their profits and return the rest money to me ..

    Within a short period of time, I began to make more profit has there was increase in demand… I expanded my business and things became smoothly.. Thanks to Amaka

    One day I fell sick , all medical attention in Nigeria couldn’t help matters nor improve to my health so they suggested I fly abroad…. Which was successful.

    Upon hearing I shouted so you poison me to die so you can do all this? I began to pounce on amaka, hit her till she gave she fainted, she didn’t move her body nor breath … It was her voice that brought out neighbours and her brothers to the scene and they took me to police.. Which suing me to court.. I was sentence to 30yrs imprisonment for murder.

    After serving my years terms, I returned back just to discover that Amaka wasn’t dead.. She was still alive.

    Maybe they manipulated the police case and to court stage…

    I moved in with my aged mother, my properties all gone.. Now I feel like committing suicide, or maybe I should just go and kill Amaka to die a real death…

    One great mistake parents make is favoring a child above another, some parents make it so obvious that a particular child in the family is their favorite. This child gets his or her needs satisfied at the expense of other children.

    Often, parents make a child their favorite because of his or her academic feat, they focus on this child with the mind that, that is the child that will bring goodnsss into the family. This is wrong, that a child isn’t performing up to expectation isn’t a reason to neglect him or her.

    Children are different, it is now the parent’s duty to understand each child and know what works for him or her. Every child has greatness in him or her, but then, parents have to discover how to help bring this greatness into manifestation.

    So many children have lost their lives or even become wayward because they were neglected. No child should suffer because his or her sibling is preferable. Children are to be treated equally because they have a role to play in the family. May we not lead our children through the path of destruction in Jesus’ name.
