“I heard Amour was locked up in the gas cell” Indigo said

“What!” Rexton immediately sprang up.

“Yeah, but luckily boss saved her” Indigo replied

“What!” Cleopatra exclaimed.

“Don’t you think that Boss is saving her too much. From the day she stepped foot in the clan till now” Saint finally spoke up as Flame and Cisco walked in.

“How is it possible? Does she has nine lives?” Cleopatra thought.

Viper walked in and soon after Aurelio walked in.

“Boss!” They all stood up.

Aurelio raised his gun up and didn’t think twice before pulling the trigger on Cleopatra.

“Argh!!” She cried out when the bullet took her arm.

Everyone gasped as Aurelio took hasty steps towards her, grabbing her by the neck tightly.

“Didn’t I warn you all? Nobody messes with her, I’m the only one who decides what to do with her” Aurelio said angrily

“Aurelio!” Cheetah gasped.

“B-Boss..” Cleopatra gasped.

“You’re lucky the bullet took your arm. I was aiming for your heart” Aurelio growled choking her even tightly

“Aurelio, please stop this. Godfather won’t be happy hearing this” Cheetah begged.

“I’m sorry boss… Please” Cleopatra muttered as tears escaped her eyes.

“Aurelio please! We have a mission tomorrow!!” Cheetah exclaimed.

Aurelio glared at Cleopatra for a short while before he released her harshly. She fell down on the ground, coughing profusely.

“Patra” Cheetah rushed to her.

Cleopatra glared at Cheetah and pushed her away before staggering out of the hall, the blood dropping from her arm leaving behind a bloody path.

Cheetah stood and went after her.

Aurelio ran his hands through his hair, storming out of the hall too.

“What..the..f*ck” Cisco breathed out as they all held a shocked looked on their faces

Rexton folded his fists tightly.

Amour’s eyes finally opened. She spranged up on the bed, breathing heavily. She touched her throat and chest.

It wasn’t longer too painful for her to breath. She looked at the clock to see it was noon.

“I slept that long?” She gasped, standing up from the bed.

Judging from the the room, she already knew who saved it… Again.

A smile crept up her lips immediately.

“But why does he always saves me? I’m just a mere puppet to him right? Could it be that..” Amour drawled and shook her head.

“Stop being delulu Amour” She said and began heading to the exit of his room.

She opened the door only to come face to face with Aurelio who was just about opening the door from outside.

“Master… I mean, good afternoon Master” Amour bowed.

Aurelio looked at her blankly. He took a step towards her and she took one back till her back hit the wall

Amour bit her lips, looking away.

“Stop..” Aurelio said, gazing at her lips.

“Huh?” Amour looked up at him.

“Stop doing that” He said and Amour just stared at him, not understanding what he meant by that.

“How are you feeling?” He asked and Amour’s eyes widened a bit

Is she dreaming? Did he just ask her how she’s fairing?

“I’m… I’m completely okay Master” Amour said, looking down

An awkward silence issued between them. Aurelio walked in his room and Amour finally looked up.

She looked at him for a short while and smiled before leaving.

“Amour!”

Amour turned and almost immediately Coralyn jumped on her, hugging her tightly

“CoCo..” Amour muttered.

“Thank goodness you’re okay.. Gosh, I was so scared last night. Especially with the way boss barged in the dining hall and shot Cleopatra, I thought something worst happened” Coralyn muttered, sniffing back her tears.

“Master shot Cleopatra?” Amour said, looking shocked.

“Yes, apparently she’s the one who did that to you. Boss nearly kílled her if not of Cheetah, I’ve never seen boss that mad before” Coralyn said and Amour looked even shocked.

“He did that, for me?” She thought shockingly.

“Come let me start preparing you for tonight. Your gown is ready, let’s go fix your nails and everything. Come to think of it this is sort of like your first date with boss so you need to look gorgeous!” Coralyn giggled.

“A date?” Amour thought and immediately blushed at that thought.

“Let’s go!” Coralyn pulled her away

Aurelio was standing outside his car. He was wearing a tuxedo and his hair was gelled all back, unlike the usual rough hairstyle he used to have

His sharp jawline stood out and he looked really handsome and gallant in the outfit. His calm and cold feature seem to even fit more with the suit.

An earbud was on his ear, Aurelio tapped on it.

“Are you already in position?” Aurelio spoke

“Yes boss, we’ve all arrived and we’re all in position” Rexton spoke.

He was disguised as a cook and could be seen in the kitchen with the other cooks.

“Great, have the others on standby I’ll be there in few minutes” Aurelio said and disconnected the call.

He dipped his hand, looking up at the moon that was full. He suddenly got reminded of how he use to admire the moon with his sister.

“How do people walk on these… Ouch!” Amour complained as she kept staggering on the high heels she was wearing.

She walked out of the building to meet Aurelio standing beside the car with his back facing her.

“Come to think of it this is sort of like your first date with boss” Her heart skipped a beat when she remembered Coralyn’s words.

She heaved in a deep breath before she began walking slowly, making sure not to trip.

Aurelio heard the sound of heels approaching so he turned and his breathing hitched.

Amour stopped walking and they began staring at each other. His gaze traveled from her head to her toe, taking in her features.

She was putting on a long red gown that had black shiny stones on it. The gown hugged her features from her chest till her knee level where it now sprawled out, sweeping the floor.

It had a long slit from her left thigh, going downward. Her spotless legs peeping out of the gown with her black heels.

The gown was backless too, showcasing her curvy and spotless back and her long hair was curled up, falling on her left shoulder.

Amour clutched nervously onto her black purse. Why is he starring at her that way? Does she look that bad?

Amour looked down and began filling the few distance separating them

Aurelio’s gaze never left her as she walked to him. He swallowed hard and gritted his teeth with the way his heart was beating.

Why her?

Amour made to take the last step towards him when she stepped on that unfortunate stone that decided to embarrass her.

Her heel shook and she found herself free falling.

Out of instinct, Aurelio quickly grabbed her waist and her hand found it’s way round his neck, holding him for support.

She opened her eyes and a gasp escaped her lips when she saw how close their faces where.

Aurelio’s heart leaped again and he swallowed hard.

“Stop it, stop whatever you’re doing to me!” Aurelio blurted out frustratingly.

Aurelio’s car drove into the clan and he got out of it

The members kept greeting him as he made his way towards the entrance of the building leading to his suite.

He got in and began heading to his suite when he saw someone wearing a mask walking out of the hallway that leads to the torture cells.

Aurelio stopped on his track and began watching the person. The figure pulled off her mask, revealing none other than Cleopatra.

She looked back at the cell where she locked up Amour and smiled to herself to leaving, looks like she didn’t notice Aurelio.

“Did Godfather order some people to be tortured?” He thought and just decided to mind his business.

He began walking towards his room when he heard a scream that immediately made his freeze

“Help!!”

He immediately looked towards the direction the voice came. Could he be hallucinating now?

He shrugged and made to walk away.

“Master…”

Without thinking twice again, he immediately turned and began running towards the direction he heard the voice.

“Amour! Amour!” He called her name, peeping through all the cells in there.

“Aurelio..” The whisper hit his ear and he immediately rushed towards the cell.

He opened it and immediately blocked his nose when the gas hit his nose.

He finally spotted an unconscious Amour, laying on the ground with blood running out of her nose.

“Amour!” He quickly rushed towards her and raised her head, tapping her cheek.

“Amour..” He called and immediately carried her in his arms, running out of the cell with her.

👥 I’m I hallucinating?

👥 No, wait what? Boss is carrying the thief?

Aurelio ignored the stared and whispers as he rushed to his room with Amour in his arms.

Thankfully, he met Viper on the way. Viper couldn’t hide the surprised look on his face when he saw him carrying Amour, looking worried too!

“Aurelio-”

“Call the clan’s doctor, now! And tell him to be here before 10 minutes if not let him go shop for his coffin coz he’s déad” Aurelio said and went to his suite.

He placed Amour on his bed and took her wrist to check out her vitals. Thankfully, it was still beating.

“Seriously, a an amusement park? After days of begging me to take me out, all you saw was a amusement park.. Wow” Flame said sarcastically.

Cisco got down the car and pulled her out, heading to the entrance of the park.

“C’mon, just loosen up okay? It’s true we’re used to killing and all but once in awhile we need to liven up” Cisco said, entering the amusement park with her

“Let’s ride the rotor” Cisco grabbed her hand and began pulling her away.

Flame rolled her eyes and scoffed

“Two tickets please” Cisco paid the man before going to take their seat.

He helped Flame to fasten her seatbelt, making sure it was very safe.

“It’ll take off in 5 seconds…5, 4..”

“Are you sure, you won’t be scared?” Cisco asked and Flame rolled her eyes again

“Let’s get this sh*t over with so we can go and start training for our mission tomoRROW!!!!” Flame screamed out when the rotor took off, spinning them in the air.

She had no idea it will be this high… And this scary.

“Aaaarrrgggghhhh!!!!!” She screamed so loudly that her face was already turning red.

“STOP!!! STOP THIS!! I WANT TO GO DOWN!!!” She screamed shaking her head with her red hair flowing in the wind

Cisco looked at her with an amazed look on his face. He bit his lips, fighting back his laughter as he stared at her.

Flame has always been someone cool and never shows her emotions. This is truly a side of her to behold.

“Aaaarrrgggghhhh!!!!” She screamed so loudly, grabbing tightly onto Cisco with closed eyes.

Cisco brought his hand to her back, patting her back as she kept on with her rounds of screaming.

It went on for five minutes till the rotor stopped. Flame was still grabbing tightly onto Cisco with her face buried in her.

“It’s over… Scaredy pants” Cisco chuckled.

Flame slowly looked up to see they landed.

“I hate you!” She glared at him quickly coming out of her seat, rushing to a nearby bush to puke.

Cisco laughed as he followed her. He helped her hold her hair up as she let everything out for few seconds.

“Here” Cisco handed her a bottle of water which she gulped down immediately.

“Yunno, it isn’t bad to just let loose once in awhile. If you didn’t like it, I for one I do especially you screaming coz I found that cute” Cisco said and pinched her cheek

Flame slapped his hands off immediately before standing straight.

“You’re lucky none of our members decided to come” She said, walking off.

“That was actually, fun” Flame said, smiling a bit. She won’t deny it that it’s the first time in her life that she stepped into an amusement park and it was really fun

“Hey, you now leaving without me” Cisco hung his arm round her shoulder and she rolled her eyes.

••AURELIO’S SUITE••

“Thankfully, you arrived on time boss. The gas was really toxic and if you wasted time then it would have been too late. Just let rest for the night and I’m sure she’ll be okay by tomorrow” The doctor said and Aurelio nodded.

“Poor Amour, I wonder who did this to her” Coralyn said worriedly.

“Coralyn, escort the doctor” Aurelio said and Coralyn nodded before leading the way out.

Viper who was resting on a wall while looking at them finally walked to Aurelio.

Aurelio looked at Amour who was sleeping peacefully. He stood up then went to grab a stick from his cigarette pack

“Aurelio, what was that?” Viper asked.

“What do you mean?” Aurelio said, lighting up the stick.

“Earlier, I could see the way you were so worried about her. You were literally panicking, is it what I’m thinking?” Viper said, coming closer.

“Whatever you’re thinking, know you’re delusional” Aurelio said without looking at him, puffing out the smoke from his mouth.

“I’m not being delusional and you too you know that, you’re falling for her Aurelio.. And you know it, no matter how much you deny it” Viper said.

Aurelio said nothing, he just continued smoking.

“It’s dinner time. Since she isn’t available I guess you’ll finally join us for dinner” Viper said and led the way.

Aurelio finally turned back, looking at Amour. She looked so cute and beautiful in her sleep.

Aurelio looked away, hissing angrily.

“Why did I do it? Why was I so worried about her? I just embarrassed myself in front of the clan” He thought, running his hands through his hair.

Just the thought that he was falling for her was enough to anger him. He smoked one last time from his cigarette before dropping it

He grabbed his gun and looked at it before walking out of his room.

Saint had his headset on as he walked through the streets of L.A

He spotted some couples walking hand in gloves and he smirked.

“Under the influence” By Chris Brown began playing and he dipped his hand inside the big pocket of his hoodie as he walked.

He spotted a short girl putting on same hoodie as his and that caught his attention, her face wasn’t visible but from her height and legs one will know she’s a girl. The girl looked like a boy with the way she was dressed and she also had headsets on

His gaze followed her till she walked in a street.

“How can a girl look like a guy. No b**bs, no àss, I pity the unlucky guy who’ll date her” He shrugged.

Suddenly, he saw two guys tailing after the girl. Saint became suspicious so he decided to follow her.

“Hey pretty” One of the men held the girl’s shoulder.

She stopped but didn’t turn to face them.

“We saw you earlier and damn you looked so pretty. Mind if we discuss for some minutes” The man said, slowly caressing her arm.

“I’m not interested” She said and slapped his arm off then made to walk away but the other guy blocked her path.

“We’re being nice here yunno.. Looks like you don’t like nice guys, then we’ll show you our other side” The guy said and brought out his knife.

“Come on pretty, follow us calmly” The one behind her smirked

Saint immediately held his gun, ready to bring it out but was stunned by what happened next.

Like flash, two small knife flew to guy’s eyes, blinding him immediately.

“Argh!!!” He screamed out in agony but wasn’t chanced to scream more when the girl brought out a knife, slashing his neck

He dropped down immediately with blood bumping out of the slashed neck.

The girl turned her neck to face the other guy behind her, gazing at him with a bored look in her eyes. The gentle breeze blew to her direction and the cap of her hoodie fell off, her short hair flowed with the wind

“You.. You..” The other guy began taking steps back

He turned to run away and took just three steps when the knife plunged into his back

He dropped down, bleeding till he díed. The girl looked at Saint who was staring at with a surprised look on his face

She wore back her cap and made to continue her path

“Wait.. You dropped something” Saint said picking her identity card that fell off.

He glanced through it and saw her name before handing her the card.

“Thanks” She muttered before walking away.

Saint stood there, staring dumbfoundedly at her as she walked away.

“Raven” He called out the name he saw in the card.

His heart skipped a beat and he placed his hand on his chest..

“I think.. I like her” He smiled sheepishly.

“I’ve successfully hacked in Jericho’s mansion. Damn was tough” Vitto smiled.

He smiled and shifted his seat closer to her so he could have a closer look of her pretty face as she slept.

He raised his hand and began bringing it to her hair but halted when he heard someone speak.

Vitto looked up to see it was Scythe with a mug of coffee in his hand. He went to brew coffee for Indigo when he noticed she was slowly dozing off.

Scythe smiled and came closer.

“Same here” Scythe said.

“I noticed it” Vitto replied as Scythe sat down next to him.

Music was blaring from all corners of the club with people dancing crazily to it.

“I warned you to f**king leave this place right?” The voice said

The person was masked so she couldn’t see the person’s face.

The person threw her inside a room and locked the door

“No!! Let me out!! Please!!” Amour began banging on the door.

“You’ll die slowly and painfully, b*tch” The figure smirked and pressed a button

“Let me out here!! I did nothing wrong!!” Amour began crying.

She suddenly began coughing as a strange gas began filling the air, slowly finding it hard to breath.

“H-h (coughs) help!!” Amour hit on the door

The figure smiled before walking away..

“No… Don’t leave me here” Amour said as her knees landed on the floor

Her nose began bleeding as she coughed even more. She was even finding it painful to breath again

“Master… Help” She muttered as her body landed on the floor.

Her eyes began feeling heavy..

“Aurelio..” Was all she muttered before her eyes shut down.

Amour’s eyes widened.

Amour swallowed hard, clutching her hands tightly onto the hem of her gown as she bit her lips.

What is she actually supposed to do now? How will she start and where should she end?

“Yes.. Master” Amour stuttered and she breathed heavily before walking towards him. She picked the soap and bathing sponge before walking to his back.

With shaky hands she brought the sponge to his back and began moving it all over her his back, making sure she was too rough.

The bathroom was as calm as hell and that only made it even more awkward for Amour.

She finished with his back and came to the front. Amour looked at Aurelio who had his eyes closed before she slowly too his hand.

His palms were so large that her hands looked like a baby’s own compared to his. She began rubbing the sponge from his wrist moving upwards to his shoulder.

He was sitting too far from her so she stretched her arms so it could reach his chest. She kept stretching till her leg lost balance.

“Arh!!” A gasp escaped her lips when she fell inside the water

“Ahh!” She winced lightly as she tried to clean the soap that entered her eyes.

Her vision became clearer and a gasp escaped her lips again when she realized she was straddling Aurelio.

His cold gaze remained fixed on her and she bit her lips nervously.

“I’m so sorry Mas-”

“I didn’t ask you to stop” Aurelio muttered and she immediately nodded then picked her sponge that was inside water.

She brought it to his chest then began scrubbing it. She couldn’t help but admire his beautiful tattoos.

She finished scrubbing the whole of his body before she looked back at him to see his gaze never left hers.

“I’m done Master” She muttered and immediately stood up from the water.

She made to walk away but Aurelio grabbed her wrist and pulled her back inside the water. She landed on him again, the water splashing even more on the floor.

“Mas..”

The rest of her words cut stuck in her throat when Aurelio’s hand went to the back on her neck, pulling her closer

He tilted his head to the side and softly pressed his lips against hers.

Her eyes widened as she blinked thrice to make sure she wasn’t hallucinating.

He was kissing her!!

Amour gripped tightly onto her wet gown. Aurelio gripped her waist and pulled her closer, probing his tongue inside her mouth.

Amour couldn’t resist the urge to moan out cutely. When she began responding, Aurelio broke the kiss.

He gazed onto her round doll eyes that looked at her. His thumb gently caressed her lips.

“I’m the only man allowed to kiss those lips, no one else” Aurelio muttered and she slowly nodded.

Aurelio looked at her one last time before standing up from the water. He came out of the tub and grabbed his towel, cleaning himself as he left the bathroom

Amour remained sitting there, staring into space. Her hands went to her lips and she touched.

“He… He did all this, just because he wanted to kiss me?” Amour muttered in surprise.

She didn’t know when she smiled just by that.

Viper’s car drove in the clan and came to a halt. He turned to his side to see Coralyn was happily licking an ice cream, smiling to herself.

“Oh we’re here” She said and made to get down but Viper grabbed her wrist.

“You promised you’ll never say a word of what you saw today, about me crying. I even took you shopping and bought you whatever thing you want.. So are we even?” Viper asked.

“Let me see…” Coralyn held her chin to think. She smirked and faced him

“No”

“What! But you said you’ll change your mind if I took you shopping” Viper said, already getting angry

Coralyn shrugged.

“Well I changed my mind” She muttered. Viper began glaring at her

“Nah.. Nah… Don’t raise your voice on me” Coralyn smirked.

“I’ll keep my silence in exchange you’ll give me whatever I ask” Coralyn grinned

“I already called my mom to tell her where I am so if only mysteriously get missing you’re the one and only culprit” Coralyn smirked as Viper glared at her.

“So… See you later” Coralyn said and gathered the shopping bag before getting down the car.

“That brat” Viper hissed before getting down the car too

Ruby who was going to sundry some clothes spotted the both alighting from the same car

She frowned immediately as she watched them with Coralyn speaking while smirking at Viper and Viper glaring at him.

“Something is definitely up with this two” Ruby muttered jealously.

Viper walked in the hall to see everyone, even Godfather was there.

“Finally Viper you’re here. We’ve been waiting for you” Indigo muttered.

“I have a very important mission for you guys.. Tomorrow” Godfather said.

Viper gently took his seat beside Aurelio and Godfather began speaking.

“Tomorrow at 7pm a party is going be held at Jericho’s villa to inaugurate his villa. To others it’s just a luxurious villa but to the mafia world it’s a big underground cocaine producing factory. We can’t let him steal our customers so we must take him down in order to remain at the top. Don Jericho is a mafia boss on his own so you can already guess how difficult the task will be” Godfather began

He brought out an invitation card and placed it on the table, directly in front of Aurelio

Aurelio looked at it before looking at Godfather

“This is an invitation card from Don Jericho himself. This means two things, it’s either he isn’t suspicious of our moves or he’s planning something. Either way we’re going to find out, Aurelio you’re going to the party as a guest while the others will go in disguised”

“But, the guests are supposed to come with their dates right?” Cheetah asked and Godfather nodded.

“Reason why you’ll be going with that thief… What’s her name again? Amour?” Godfather spoke and Aurelio immediately looked at him

“But why her?” Saint asked.

“The mission is quite important so I’ll be needing you all on the lookout, so none of you can fill in as Aurelio’s date. Besides we can’t risk loosing any of the members, if that thief díes it won’t affect us” Godfather said and looked at Aurelio

Aurelio looked at Godfather for awhile. He knew he had a plan under his sleeves

“Fine” Aurelio accepted.

“Great, now go get ready for the mission tomorrow” Godfather said and they all nodded.

••MAID’S HEADQUARTER••

“There, you’re all clean now Love” Amour smiled at her dog she just finished cleaning.

The dog barked and licked her cheek. Amour giggled before she began patting it’s fur.

Her other hand went to her lips and she touched it, reminiscing of the kiss.

“Why did he kiss me? I thought he’ll be mad at me for kissing him” Amour muttered.

A knock came up on her door and she looked up

“Amour, Boss is waiting for you at his suite” The maid said and Amour’s eyes brightened.

She immediately stood up and rushed out of the room, heading to his room.

“Why I’m I so excited?”

She got to his room and knocked. Coralyn was the one who opened the door for her

Amour walked in.

“Boss, she’s here” Coralyn said to Aurelio who was coming out of his dressing room

He looked like he was about to go somewhere.

“Master..” Amour bowed slightly.

“Coralyn, take her and prepare the clothes and shoes she’ll wear tomorrow” Aurelio said and Coralyn nodded.

He began heading to the exit.

“Master, if.. If you don’t mind can I know,, where you’re… going to?” Amour muttered slowly, looking down

Aurelio looked at her before leaving the room without replying her.

“Is he going to Cheetah?” She thought and just that thought made her feel weird, just like last time.

“Come, let’s go” Coralyn smiled and she mirrored her smile before leaving with her.

She placed her bouquet of flowers on the grave before standing.

“I have to go now. See you another time dad, love you” She waved before walking away.

She dipped her hands into her coat as she walked away. The air was a little bit chilly with the wind that dishevelled her hair.

She tugged her hair behind her ear as she walked.

“Mom.. Dad..”

Coralyn paused when she heard loud cries. She turned to her right to see a man kneeling in front of two graves, crying loudly.

Coralyn made to ignore and just walked away but when she remembered where she saw the man’s coat her eyes widened.

“No… It isn’t him, it’s not possible” Coralyn muttered and made to leave but her curiosity took over so she slowly walked to the person

Her eyes widened even more when she saw it was him… Viper

“It’s him,, he’s really crying!!” Coralyn thought, looking so shocked.

Coralyn looked around and sighed loudly.

“Why must I always run into him” She thought and knelt down before him.

She brought up her shaky hands, slowly placing it on her back.

Viper looked at her with red teary eyes.

“You?” He muttered and quickly looked away, cleaning his tears so she couldn’t see him.

“Hey, there’s nothing embarrassing letting out once’s emotion once in a while. Just cry it out, I promise I won’t tell anyone I saw you in this state. I presume you won’t want anyone to know” Coralyn muttered

Viper cleaned his tears then looked at their graves.

“I was just 5 when that monster took them away from me” Viper muttered.

The memories was still fresh in his mind. He could still remember how men barged in his parent’s house and how his parent’s were begging for them to spare their lives

Apparently, his parents borrowed money from those men so they could feed him and when the deadline reached the men came back to reclaim their money

His mom had told him to hide that day and from his hiding place, he saw everything. How those men brutally kílled his family.

At the age of 5 he became an orphan. He had to feed himself from what he saw in the bin till the age of 10 when his live changed all thanks to Aurelio.

11 years Aurelio decided to take him to Godfather and he accepted to take him in and train him

And that’s how he was able to survive. Maybe that’s why him and Aurelio get along coz they have similar background.

“I’m sorry” Coralyn muttered after he finished telling him his story.

“A mafia is supposed to act tough and never show any signs of emotion but.. Each time I think about them I can’t help it. This isn’t the life I wanted for myself. I wanted to be a surgeon, to make my parents proud for all the sacrifices they made for me” Viper spoke, blinking back the new rounds of tears.

Coralyn sighed sadly, rubbing his back.

Flame walked in the suite and met Godfather sitting on his chair with a not so happy look on his face.

“Godfather” Flame bowed slightly.

“What are the results from the investigation” Godfather asked.

“Yesterday, when we were about to attack Black Venom Cob, it looked like they were anticipating for our attacks. That’s not the first case boss” Flame said.

“That means only one thing… There’s a spy in this clan” Godfather sneered and Flame nodded.

“But who could it be?” He asked

“I have no idea Godfather” Flame replied.

“What are you doing?” Aurelio’s voice sounded and she slowly opened her eyes.

She heaved out a huge breath of relief when she saw he was inside the soapy tub. Only his head wet upper body was seen.

His thin eyes was starring at her with that usual boring look in them but this time he had a smirk playing on his lips as he say regally in the tub with his arms resting on the edges of the tub.

“C’mon!!” Coralyn whined loudly and Amour groaned, rolling her eyes. She knew Coralyn will never let her be until she tells her.

She swallowed hard before entering with the food. She didn’t see Cheetah anymore and Aurelio was already sitting on the dining table.

“Your lunch is ready… Master” She muttered and began arranging the plates on the table while dishing him food.

Amour came closer to him and began placing everything on the table

Aurelio’s gaze who remained on his phone looked up when she came closer. His gaze landed on her lips and he began starring at it.

Amour looked at him and just at that moment his gaze went up to her eyes and they locked gazes.

Amour quickly looked away and bit her lips. That caused Aurelio to look back at her lips.

“Y-Your lunch is ready Master” Amour said taking two steps away from him.

She bit her lips as her hands clutched tightly into her gown.

“Master… I-I apologize for any inconvenience I caused you yesterday in my drunk state. I promise I will never taste alcohol again in my life” Amour said while looking down.

Seconds passed and she didn’t hear a word from Aurelio so she slowly looked up to see he was already eating.

“Is it a yes or no?” She thought and decided to go for the first one.

“Enjoy your lunch Master” Amour bowed again before leaving.

Rexton finished wearing his training outfit. Since they had no mission today, he decided to use to to train on his own.

“They went out to enjoy so don’t worry about that” Rexton smiled.

Few seconds later, they arrived the shooting range.

“Here” Rexton handed her one of the gun there.

“Do this” Rexton said and shot at the wooden target, hitting the bull’s eyes thrice.

“Wait, you don’t know how to use a gun?” Rexton asked and she nodded.

Rexton looked really surprised but he later shrugged it off and walked to her back.

“Here, since you’re still a beginner hold the gun with hands and widened your legs to make sure you have a good balance while shooting. Aim at the target while making sure your arms doesn’t tremble” Rexton guided.

They took an elevator which took them underground where the laboratory is located. They both walked in the laboratory to meet Bonnie standing beside a man with strands of white hair on his head.

“Godfather” The man, Von Barrett smiled.

Von Barrett can be considered as the most intelligent scientist there is. He comes out with crazy experiment and his latest experiment was the Memory Editing Program (M.E.P)

The name is self explanatory. It consists of editing one’s memory, implanting and deleting fragments of memory into someone’s brain.

Inside the laboratory, a huge cylinder-like jar was standing inside the area with various tubes connected to it.

The jar was filled with a blueish liquid and a girl was seen floating inside. She was completely naked and looked unconscious. Some wires were also connected to her head.

“Time to see if the second prototype is a success as the first” Von Barrett said and pressed a button that disconnected the tubes from the jar.

The jar opened and the blueish liquid poured out. The girl’s eyes finally opened and she stepped out of the confined space.

Her eyes looked blank with no emotions in her eyes.

“Godfather” Von Barrett gestured for Demetrius to advance

The girl immediately bowed down her head.

“Master..” She muttered.

“Raise your head” Demetrius said and she obeyed

“What’s your purpose in life?” Demetrius asked.

“Destroy and kíll everyone from the DARK BULLS… Especially Aurelio Giovanni” The girl said and Demetrius smiled.

“Exactly… Now, who do you hate the most in this world” Demetrius asked.

She folded her fists tightly as her blank look immediately changed to a furious one

“I saw your clothes laying around in Boss’s room. So tell me, is it sweet or-”

Scythe walked out of the shooting range only to see Saint leaning on the wall while chewing on a bubblegum as usual with his hands on his pockets.

“He’s so cute” Amour gushed and she giggled as the puppy licked her face.

“Rexton.. You can call me Rex” Amour said and Amour furrowed her brows.

“Rexton, why does it seem like I’ve once heard that name before” She thought and just Shrugged it off then resumed gushing on the puppy.

Aurelio released her harshly and she fell on the floor, coughing loudly. Her neck was so red due to how hard he was gripping her.

“Get out!” Aurelio said and Cheetah fearfully stood up with weak feet before rushing out of the room while coughing.

Aurelio ran his hands through his hair and turned to see Amour standing there, looking so shocked.

When she caught Aurelio looking her way, she immediately placed his food on the table.

“Your lunch… Master” She muttered and quickly left before he lashes it out on her.

Every step he took instilled fear and panic inside the man that was tied down.

“You said you wanted to tell me something important” Aurelio said

“Can we talk privately?” Cheetah said, glaring at Amour

“Whatever you have to say, do it right here. I’m busy” Aurelio dipped his hands in his pocket.

Amour occasionally looked up at them, equally curious to know what Cheetah has to say.

Cheetah took a step forward smiling shyly as she looked down.

“Aurelio..” She called before looking up at his eyes.

“Actually I’ve been meaning to tell you this for a long while now but I didn’t know how you would react. Since our training days, I’ve always have something for you. You were the only one who truly understood how I felt and you were always there for me when I needed it. Aurelio, I couldn’t help but fall for you, I love you Aurelio.” Cheetah said sincerely.

The room was silence when the heard a muffled sound. They both turned to where it came from only to see Amour fighting back her laughter while looking at them.

She finally bursted out, laughing loudly like she heard the funniest joke ever.
