    Popular Nigerian Singer And Rapper, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba known professionally as Mohbad, A 27-year-old Nigerian singer and songwriter, has tragically passed away, sending shockwaves through the music industry and his fan base.

    The heartbreaking news was initially revealed by music executive Ovie on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

    As of now, the cause of Mohbad’s untimely death remains unclear, leaving fans and fellow artists in a state of mourning and disbelief.

    Mohbad had been a rising star in the Nigerian music scene, known for his distinctive blend of pop, Afrobeat, and hip-hop. He also gained recognition for his talent as a songwriter and lyricist.

    In 2022, Mohbad released his debut album titled “Imole,” which achieved considerable commercial success. The album featured hit tracks like “See My Benz,” “Kimi,” and “Ronaldo,” solidifying his position in the industry.

    The passing of Mohbad is an immense loss to the Nigerian music landscape, leaving a void that will be deeply felt by fans and peers alike.

    Mohbad was said to have gone to the hospital to treat an ear infection. He was given an injection, passed out and didn’t wake up per Pulse NG.
