Naomi sprang up in shock as she saw the news on the television.
Her phone kept vibrating due to the internet messages. She knew it was all about Vidah.
Naomi’s mind went to Remita immediately. She wondered how Remita would be doing in paris.
She checked her wristwatch it was 7:00pm in the night.
She picked up her phone and dialed Remita’s number.
She called Remita’s phone but she wasn’t picking up at all. Naomi became worried. so worried.
She thought something bad might have happened to Remita.
Naomi turned to the other side and picked her laptop.
She switched to video call.
She called Remita. she wasn’t picking up on her laptop too. ” This is not okay, Are you okay Remita??” Naomi said to herself.
Naomi glanced at the news again.

Naomi was so sad. She didn’t know why she felt sad about Vidah.
Nanare came out of her room in her nightie. She saw Naomi worried.

” That woman was involved in a car accident and she is in coma. ” Naomi said still pointing to the screen. Nanare turned to the screen, she didn’t see anyone in the screen.
” No one is on the screen what are you talking about? Are you sure you are okay naomi? ” Nanare said taking a thorough look at Naomi.
” Remita’s boss was involved in an accident and I called Remita she is not picking up at all. i am scared something bad might have happened to her ” Naomi explained.
Nanare widened her eyes in shock. ” What?? Remita is not picking her calls … what happened to her ?” Nanare said.
She dipped her hand into her nightie and brought out her phone.
She dialed Remita’s number.
She wasn’t picking up at all. This made Nanare more worried.
Then Nanare’s mind drifted to Lilian. Lilian picked her phone.
” Lilian, sorry for disturbing but is my sister there?? is Remita there?” Nanare asked in fear.
” Yes of course,she is there ” Lilian replied in a low, sad tone.
” Sorry, I heard about what happened to Vidah. Sorry. I hope she is okay.” Naomi said.
” Thank you but she is in coma currently. ” Lilian said.
” Oh my goodness… This is not good ” Naomi said.
” Yeah thanks for calling. Remita is perfectly fine. Don’t worry about her. i will inform her to pick up her phone ” Lilian said.
The line went off.
Nanare and Naomi waited patiently for Remita’s call.
Nanare also felt bad for Vidah.

Remita stared at Vidah’s face. she was in coma. Remita felt tears on her cheek. She wiped it away. She wasn’t feeling okay at all.
An oxygen was placed on her vidah’s nose. She was connected to the life supporting Machine.
Remita held her hand. She felt a connection between her and vidah.
” Please wake up Mrs Vidah, Wake up. Don’t stay in coma for too long. Please do it for me and for your loved ones, for your staffs, for your companies and most of all for your children and husband ” Remita said.
Remita stared at the plastered wound on her side head. Her neck was wounded too. She stared at the sign star on vidah’s neck.
Just then Lilian walked in. She saw the way Remita held Vidah’s hand. She smiled.
” She will be alright ” Lilian said.
” I will keep praying for her ” Remita said.
Then Lilian remembered what Nanare and Naomi told her.
” Before i forget, Nanare asked me to tell you. She wants you to call her ” Lilian reported to Remita.
” Oh okay. I will do that Right away. ” Remita said.
Lilian pat her back. Remita left the room.
She brought out her phone and called Nanare.
Lilian sat down on the chair beside Vidah.
" Please wake up soon...Vidah. Your daughter is right beside you. The real truth is Remita is your daughter.She donated her blood to you, so you can survive. I wish you can wake up now to witness your daughter beside you. Please wake up " Lilian said.
Lilian stared at Vidah’s body.Tears almost dropped.

” I am really sorry for not picking your calls ” Remita said.
” It’s okay!! I was already worried. I heard your boss was involved in a car accident. Sorry … I heard she is in coma currently ” Nanare said.
Remita wiped her tears.” Yes! She is in coma. She is badly injured. I even donated my blood for her ” Remita said.
” What? Really?? Did your blood match hers?” Nanare asked.

Remita sat down beside Vidah. She was reading a story to Vidah. She was still in coma.
" And they lived happily ever after,the end! " Remita read from the book and she dropped it on the shelf beside Vidah's hospital bed.
Tears rolled down from Remita’s eyes again.
" Please wakeup already,Please ma'am. you are taking too long already.It's been six months already. Everyone has been waiting for you to get back to life. You don't deserve to be in this situation at all. Please wakeup.. please ma'am... six months has passed. " Remita said.
Lilian, jackie and John entered.
Lilian sat down beside Remita.
” Are you okay? ” Lilian asked.
Remita nodded negatively.
