In the evening hours of September 4, a journalist revealed a video and photos of a night in which Fernando Espinoza visited the home of his former secretary, Melody Rakauskas. The journalist assured that the woman is an expert in making false accusations and extorting money. The information has generated great controversy on social networks.
For her part, Melody posted a video on her Instagram profile approximately 3 hours ago explaining the situation of the case. Fernando Espinoza faces an investigation for simple sexual abuse and disobedience, following a complaint made by his former secretary, Melody Rakauskas, in 2021.
According to the prosecution, Espinoza visited the model’s home and abused her. Rakauskas claimed to have recorded these encounters, which have become a key part of the case.
The journalist also pointed out that Rakauskas stole 18,000 emails and the mayor’s private agenda. During his time at the municipality, he allegedly secretly recorded the 9 days he worked there with his cell phone , appropriating all the material he could find, which further complicates the legal process.
