Bobby got back to his office late in the evening.
He didn’t feel like seeing anyone but someone was waiting for him when walk into his office.

“Are you for real? Not after what he did to you” Susan said, sounding very angry.
“Aunt, the kids are here. I will explain it all to you, I promise but I need to speak to Ashton alone” Stephanie said, trying to assure her aunt.
“Come with me” she toss at Ashton who followed her into the study room.
“Let’s talk about the marriage terms” Stephanie said when he close the door behind him.
“What are your terms?” Ashton ask, leaning against the wall.
“First of all, I want you to sign the deeds of my father house to me as soon as we get married” Stephanie began.
“Secondly, I want you to promise me that if we end up separating, you won’t try to fight for child custody ” Stephanie said, breathing heavily.
“The house will become yours the day we get married and as for fighting for child custody, there shouldn’t be a need for that, right?” Ashton ask, now standing in front of her desk.
“Who knows? You might end up getting fed up of the kids and I ” Stephanie said with a shrug.
That got Ashton walking round the desk to stand in front of her.
“I don’t ever think that day will come cause you see, our marriage will be a real marriage and not the sham you have written in that pretty little head of yours”
“And what does real entail to you when you resort in using blackmail to get what you want” Stephanie said too angry to think.
“How about I show you” he said and In one swift mood, he had her pin to him, his mouth festering on hers.
Stephanie push him away raising her hand to slap him but he caught it.
“Not again, missy and I’d rather prefer you unleash this anger of yours when we are in bed ”

“You lay out your marriage term and I lay mine. I agreed to yours and so, you have to agree to mine too” He said, bringing her hand to his lips to give it a kiss.
She jerk away from him, walking around the desk to keep them some distance.
A smile curl his face as he stared at her, his body taking control over his sense.
Stephanie could see the lust In his eyes and if she doesn’t do something, he will try to kiss her again.

“Fiona’s heart is in a bad condition” She said quickly getting his attention off the dirty thoughts he has in mind.

“She was three months old when we found out about her heart problem and ever since we’ve been on waitlisting. The reason why I came back here was for Fiona’s operation which didn’t take place due to the donor who back out” Stephanie explain.
“Why didn’t you tell me this sooner!” He yell and storm out of her study.
Stephanie went after him only to stop at the doorway when she saw him hugging Fiona.
The look of pain on his face made it clear to her how sad he is upon finding out about his daughter condition.
A tug on her dress got her looking down to see Faye beside her.
“Why is he hugging Fiona? Will he take her away like he did with you?” Faye ask, having that angelic look of hers.
“I think it’s time we tell them” Ashton said, starring at her with Fiona still in his arms.
