Sister Mag walked down into her office. She met sis Audrey already sitted. Patiently waiting for her.

She, sister Audrey and Sister Dorcas are the three oldest nun in the convent. Their age range 60-63. Mag is the oldest.

The rest nuns are below forty, thirty, twenty six and the youngest of all Miriam twenty.

” So what’s your answer to this request?” Audrey asked.

” I give my consent. She can go see her mom” mag trailed off. Taking Audrey by surprise.

“What??… Magdalene! ” Audrey forcefully yelled her name.

” Telling her about her Mom is enough. You should not have given your consent” Audrey freaked out.

” I have my reasons Audrey. Besides she’s her mother”

“Hmm-mmm. That’s a falacy! She ended all rights as a mother over Miriam the very day she abandoned her here in our care.

Miriam belongs to us! She belongs to this convent! She is our Right and she is going nowhere” Audrey Argued aloud.

” Take it easy Audrey. No one is trying to claim Miriam.
Her mom just wants to see her. Not take her back . It’s too late for that anyway.

Besides it’s gonna be her first time to see a Pope apart from the ones on TV shows. She has to be there ” Audrey added as Mag continuously nodded in Agreement to her every word.

” She will come back before then” Mag assured.

” Good” Audrey smiled in satisfaction.
” And Don’t forget to tell her she’s the Baby of this convent before she travels” Audrey added with genuine smiles before leaving Mag’s office.
