“Yes. It looks urgent cause he didn’t seem to be in a good mood” the butler reveal.
“Okay then, I will go see him” Stephanie said, excusing the butler.
She got to Ashton room to see him looking furious.
He was on the phone, yelling at someone but when he saw her, he calm down a bit.
“What do you mean by you can’t put her on waitlisting at your hospital? ” Ashton bellow!
“Fine then, you can all go to hell” he said ending the call.
“Is everything okay?” Stephanie ask.
“It’s not! The hospital in Shanghai called to inform me that the donor family has back out”
“What?”
“Turns out someone talked to them to change their mind” Ashton continue, his blood boiling.
“Then do we have to go back to waitlisting?” Stephanie ask.
“I did that before you arrive, I tried every hospital I knew which specializes in heart surgery but they all refuse to add her on waitlisting” Ashton reveal.
“But why? Why will they decide such a thing?” Stephanie demand,worried about her daughter.
“It’s all someone doing”
“Who? Who is trying to sabotage my daughter?”
“Sandy. One of my info told me Sandy has been calling every hospital in the country ruining our chance of getting Fiona treated, she even spoke to the donor family at Shanghai” Ashton told her.
“Is she that powerful?” Stephanie ask in disbelief.
“Not her but her father. It’s one of the reason why we got married in the past. The power Sandy’s father own in country is nothing compare to that of ours” Ashton reveal.
“So what do we do? We can’t just let Fiona die!” Stephanie said.
“The only thing I can think of right now is to talk to Sandy ”

“Should I take your smile as a good news?” Bobby ask as he join her.
“Take a look at who’s calling me” Sandy said showing him her phone.
“Does Ashton know now?”
“He does and I bet he’s trying to talk to me just so I can help his daughter”
“And you aren’t going to help until he agrees to our condition” Bobby inject.
“Do you think I will be a dummy and do whatever he wants without getting anything in return. Just play your part while I play mine” Sandy said, sipping her drink.
“I hope your wife won’t be a problem? I heard about your marriage” Sandy added.
“I requested for a divorce a long time ago and besides, I’m no longer living with Bianca. So do not worry, I have it handled” Bobby said, clinking his glass with hers before gulping down his drink at a go.
