    But then unlike regular vampires we are from the linage of pure vampire that is the created vampires not the turned ones so we have stronger bloods and you may have noticed I said Alpha King. We also have the blood of the lycanthrope which are the strongest wolfs. So our vimpire races use Alpha to describe their leader and the overall leader just as you humans call it president, we call him Alpha King.

    With our special physical strength also comes the strengthening of our venom. With that of an Alpha King or Prince been more stronger, which even an average vampires can barely survive not to talk of waek humans. I paused and stared at Daniella to see her paying attention. I nodded and continued.

    You see my mother was human. And we’ve always know her to be sickly but never knew why. My brother was close to mom as I was close to dad . When she died my brother couldn’t take it and till today my brother hasn’t recovered from the death of mom.

    Growing up we understood that our mothers body could not take the strength of the venom and thereforw was always sick. So my brother decided to perform a ritual that will make him unable to sense his mate . But if he was to find her, the spell will be forcefully caged which will cause him pain till he marks his mate.

    When I was done I raised my head to look at Daniella. This is the only thing I can tell her it’s left for my brother to decide if he wants to tell her about mothers death.

    When he was close to me, he stopped. I wanted to walk pass him but he held my hand and stopped my movement.

    I saw her eyes soften a little and my heart skipped a beat.

    “Hey Rey.” Kate approached me.

    She does dress like a slüt bit she’s stylish, nice and she’s my best friend, my only friend since elementary school.

    I shrugged “Well, our water supply stopped working this morning.”

    Kate frowned “I thought she’s working as a babysitter, what is she using the salary for?”

    I wanted peck lips but he quickly moved his face and I mistakenly kissed his cheek.

    This gift is stupid. How can she buy such old and useless gift?

    I’m even expecting a golden chain or ring.

    Oh I forgot, she’s a poor freak. I don’t even like her, I’m only using her to get good grades because she’s smart.

    And since we’re done with our exams this semester, I’m out.

    I’m in love with someone else.

    “So, do you like it?” I asked, grinning sheepishly.

    He sighed sadly “Look Reyna, I’m sorry to break it down but I think we should break up.”

    My smile went down feeling confused “What? Why? Did I do something wrong?”

    He scoffed “Why? Dude, you always look ugly and embarrassing me in public with the way you eat, you’re poor and you bought me some old stupid pendant on our first anniversary, only a fool will want this junk. I didn’t even like you, I’m only using you to get good grades and thanks for that because for sure, I’ll pass. I don’t think we should see each other anymore.”

    I yelped as he threw the pendant on my face. My heart dropped hearing this hurtful words. So Zeke didn’t like me? He’s just using me this whole time and I fell for it?

    For once, I thought I finally have someone that loves me truly but I only have Kate by my side.

    “Anyway, I love someone else.” He admitted.

    “Who?” I asked with my shakey voice.

    Kate pushed me, hugged Zeke and kissed his lips passionately right in front of me.

    Am I dreaming or what? Kate? My best friend, my only friend kissing my boyfriend.

    Tears begin to slid down my cheeks, it looks like the world is falling apart seeing them kissing and they pulled away.

    “Kate? How could you?” I asked bitterly, in shock.

    Kate scoffed “Baby, I’m sorry, but I like him, more than you do and I think I’m better for him.”

    “How long has this been going on?” I asked.

    “For about two weeks ago.” Zeke admitted without hesitation.

    Two weeks?! They did this to me because of grades.

    “Kate, I thought we’re friends…”

    “Yes, we are, but I like Zeke and I noticed that he didn’t like you but he likes me too, so we’ve decided to make it official.” Kate said softly.

    “Zeke?”

    “Do you really think I’ll date a poor ugly girl like you?” He burst into laughter “What a dump jerk.”

    They kissed again and walk away, smiling ate each other.

    They pulled away and Kate smirked at me “It’s okay sweetheart, one day you’ll find a good boyfriend or never. Fool Rey! Fool Rey! Fool Rey!”

    Everyone joined Kate humiliating me, chanting “Fool Rey! Fool Rey! Fool Rey! Fool Rey!”

    I burst into more tears as I ran away, crying loudly.

    I ran into the bathroom, entered a stall and sat on the water closet, crying bitterly.

    This is the worst day of my life.

    She met someone inside and the person turned as soon as she entered

    “Tommorrow is kelvin’s birthday,I think he’s planning on doing something again”she said and blake sighed

    He later let her go that day on the condition that she will be betraying Richmond by telling him all their plans

    Luca from yellow team and another guy from red team

    “On your mark!…ready?…”the referee blew the whistle and they took off

    Diana,kylee and melody are screaming on top of their voices,cheering for their boyfriends

    Anna and ella also cheered for their groups although anna did not know the guy from her team

    The race went on with luca leading,red team is right behind him followed by lucian,Kelvin is the last

    Melody bit her lips as she try not to cry

    “At least he’s good at other things”kylee chuckled,looking at lucian on the field

    The race ended and their positions went as they were before

    Luca came first,the guy from red team second,lucian third and Kelvin last

    Yellow teams stopped their shouts as another set was called out,this time girls

    “Now go make me proud also”he said and she walked out as her name was called

    She’s representing green team

    Ella from blue team,kylee from yellow team and melody from red team

    “Why did they choose those who are friends together?”lucian and luca chuckled,Kelvin is still sulking over coming last

    “On your mark…set…go!”the girls took off and the guys started shouting their names together with anna

    Diana was taking the lead before Kylee took over

    Lucian’s head became big immediately and he jumped up

    Diana put in more efforts but till they finish the race,she was not able to beat kylee

    The called ones all walked out majestically,especially Richmond whose ego has almost reach the sky
