As the son of the owner of the hostel, Collins has a whole block to himself, and it’s located at the end of the hostel.

Jarvis’s first class was 8-9, Prof. Marcus’s class.

He loves morning classes a lot and she likes it that way.

The class is just ending, and she rushed to him before he could leave the class.

“Yes, Jarvis?” He smiled.

“You talked about Pride and Prejudice, and it’s not in the school library, it’s not in the hostel library too. They said they’re out of it” she said.

“You can have mine, I’ll drop it with my secretary. Come by my office by 12 to get it from her” he replied.

“Really? Thanks very much sir” She said happily.

“You’re always welcome” he replied, walking out.

“He’s too nice” Jarvis smiled, leaving the class too, but she stopped when a woman blocked her.

She’d have concluded that she’s a lecturer, but she doesn’t look like one. She’s so stunning with her brown hair and eyes…

“Can I talk to you please?” She smiled.

THREE MINUTES LATER, COFFEE BAY*

Jarvis sat with the unknown woman at the bay, facing each other on a table with two coffee cups in their middle.

The woman smiled again. There’s something about her eyes, it reminds her of someone and she couldn’t pinpoint till she talked.

“I’m Brenda Braun, Jace’s mum”

“What!”

“I got the news of his arrest just this morning, and I begged earnestly for his release but the cops insisted I met you. They need your agreement before they’ll let him go. I know he did something bad, he has always been that way but can you please let him go for my sake? Please…” Brenda shifted her chair back and made to kneel.

“No no no! Please don’t!” Jarvis quickly held her back, and she started crying.

“It’s my fault that he turned out this way, I’m really sorry about what he did to you so please…” She sniffed, wiping her tears.

“I’ll give my agreement” Jarvis said softly.

She might hate Jace to the core, but still… This woman is a mother.

The fact that she didn’t grow up with one made mothers one of her weaknesses, and she’s not a softie but she’s so full of pity for her right now.

How could such beautiful kind woman end up with a blockhead as a son?

She gave her agreement to the cops over the phone, and Brenda left after thanking countlessly.

She drove herself to the police station and surprisingly, she met Jace coming out already.

Thanks to Collin’s dad’s influence, he was released even before Jarvis’s agreement came through.

“Jace” the woman smiled, unable to hide her happiness at the sight of him.

“Don’t come close” Jace warned with much venom in his voice.

“I…I missed you, I do” Brenda said at the verge of tears, and he smirked his usual one…

“Hop in!” She smiled, shifting away from the driver’s seat.

He got in and drove away roughly, leaving Brenda standing.

She rested on her car and started crying again.

7PM, RIZZ HOSTEL ROOM 20*

The girls are currently getting themselves the needed hots for the party.

Everyone including Nicole is dressing for Rizz House.

Jarvis settled for bum shorts and a simple top with a small opening at the back.

Thankfully it’s not snowing tonight, the temperature came down so it’s safe to dress lightly.

She went for black sneakers this time, and thankfully it goes with the dress.

She applied a little layer of eyeliner, a sprinkle of powder and three choker necklaces on her neck.

She was wearing her earrings as she faced the others.

They’re all done already, just waiting for her.

“Don’t ask, you look hot” Scarlett winked. She’s in a slim gown and really tall heels, same as Nicole, but Dorothy is wearing a free floral gown, though it’s short and cute.

“I’m good to go?” Jarvis asked.

“Mhua!” Dorothy blew her a kiss, and she laughed.

A knock sounded on the door, and Craig came in after Scarlett answered.

“Oh wow! Isn’t this room too hot for me to enter? You girls are s*xy!” He remarked immediately.

“Well except one for person who still looks like a baby doll for a party” he continued, and Dorothy gave him a stinging side eye.

She walked out, and he couldn’t take his eyes off her throughout.

“My boyfriend is gonna give me a ride too, we meet at the party” Nicole did the same.

“Boyfriend? She’s full of surprises” Dorothy muttered.

“Let’s go baby doll!” Craig pulled her out, and Gabby joined them, so it’s only Jarvis left in the room.

Nikki came in last, and she definitely noticed the glint in his eyes when he saw her outfit.

“Hey” she smiled nervously, suddenly feeling heat.

Ok they say you get extremely nervous in front of your crush, it’s happening.

“You look … good” he said, and she gave her lip a bite.

She was expecting spicy words like HOT or S£XY, but maybe he’s not the type to give such compliments, so she’s fine with it.

“Shall we?” He tendered an hand, and she placed hers on it.

She could feel crazy currents flooding her body as they walked down the corridor, thanks to his soft hold on her.

She was still thinking about it when he suddenly stopped.

“Can you wait at the park for me? I think I forgot my car keys” he said.

“Sure, don’t take long” she replied, and he left hurriedly while she started walking to the almost empty park.

All cars are out cos 99 percent of students are at the party already.

She got to Nikki’s sports car and was about to drop her bag on the trunk when two strong arms grabbed her from behind.

“What the f**k!” She struggled, but the hold on her doubled up. More arms grabbed her to hold her in place, and she couldn’t move.

“Who are you guys? Let go already!” She struggled again, and their leader came to the front…

She’s a tall blonde girl who looks so hateful, and she’s carrying a open bottle with her.

There’s plain liquid inside it, and flames is oozing out of it.

Jarvis might not be a science student, but she has a brain functioning enough to tell her what it is.

“No” she shook her head fearfully and tried to break free again

“It’s useless, five strong girls are holding you so quit trying. You’ll pay for getting our Wolfie arrested, you need to be taught a lesson” their leader said from the front, and Jarvis’s eyes widened as she raised the bottle to her face.

“No!!!” she screamed horrifically, expecting the hellish burn and face destruction…

“Freeze!” A voice said from inside one of the cars, and the leader’s hand stopped midair.

She really froze, and her five minions behind Jarvis exchanged glances.

“You all have two options” the voice said, sounding nearer this time before talking again.

“Option one, drop the bottle and run. Option two, wait there for me, and I’m gonna force that liquid down your throats. Pick one”

“Rizz parties happen every Friday, like an upgraded version of TGIF, and tommorow is Friday, It takes all night” he explained.

“All night? My Aunt warned me against parties and final year guys though” she replied.

“Aunt?”

“Oh…I stay with my aunt, lost my parents as a baby” she said.

“It’s fine, but about the party…

“You can stay back if you don’t wanna come” he quickly said.

She opened it and luckily found two sodas which she took out to him.

JACE’S HOSTEL ROOM*

The guys took Dorothy in, and she wowed immediately she entered.

She was thinking their room is the widest, but this is even more wide and spacious.

There’s a separate space for couches apart from the two beds, and there’s a TV too, Xbox and a really big speaker for music.

Surprisingly, the room is so neat and smells like smoke obviously from Jace’s joints

Craig sprayed perfume in the air, and the smell of candy filled the room.

“Hmm! I’m in love with the smell” Dorothy inhaled the air.

“Nikki’s spray” Craig confessed, and she laughed, falling on one of the couches.

“What do you wanna take?” Gabby asked.

“You guys still haven’t told me why you brought me here and left my friend with Nikki” she rolled eyes.

“Obviously to give them time” Craig replied, settling beside her.

“Wait… Does Nikki…. like… Jarvis too?” Dorothy asked carefully.

“Too? Crazy pants likes Nikki?” Gabby asked.

“Isn’t it obvious? She’s head over heels and…

Dorothy covered her mouth immediately and blinked thrice, making Craig giggle.

“I lost appetite for my cornflakes” she replied, looking at the cup. The milk got cold already, thanks to the cold weather.

“Then?” Gabby asked.

“Noodles, I want noodles” she replied.

“Are you a kid? First cornflakes and now noodles? And I don’t even wanna talk about how babyish and tacky your headband is” Craig said.

“Shut up” Dorothy rolled eyes.

“I’ll go get the noodles, i think the hostel kitchen is still active” Gabby stood, walking out of the room.

“You guys are nicer than I thought, just that Jace is a…

“F**ker? Yeah he is, and he knows” Craig stood, putting on the TV before walking to the bed where he took off his shirt

Dorothy quickly looked away, but she turned back slowly and stole glances at him.

He’s got tattoo too, but only on his right chest, the tattoo of a sunflower, and it’s beautiful, she admitted immediately.

She turned her face to the TV when he looked her way, and Craig smiled, grabbing his towel before walking into the bathroom in his pants.

Dorothy inhaled when Gabby finally came in with her noodles.

30 MINUTES LATER, ROOM 20*

Nikki returned to the guys room some minutes ago, and it was Craig who escorted Dorothy back here.

“Goodnight Babyish” he said when they got to the door, and she shot him a deadly glare which made him laugh as she entered the room.

“Welcome back” Jarvis said from where she’s sitting on her bed.

“How’s it? Did you kiss him?” Dorothy asked.

“What! Kiss? What the… we only hugged and drank sodas” Jarvis said.

“I thought it went deeper. He’s the coolest of the guys and he’s nice” Dorothy replied, and Jarvis yawned.

“Shall we?” Dorothy asked.

“Please come here” Jarvis widened her arms, and Dorothy went to her.

They slept off together on Jarvis’s bed.

THE GUYS ROOM*

“So how was it?” Craig asked when he came back.

Nikki is sitting on the couch, eyes on the TV while Gabby is into his phone.

“Nothing, what were you guys expecting? She’s my junior and…

“Finish that statement and I’m gonna smack your f**king head. Tell me the number of girls you’ve talked to before she came. It was like you were repulsive to them and you were even rumoured to be gay last semester, but she came just yesterday and you’re already spending time with her?” Gabby said.

“Not again” Nikki threw his head back on the couch, and Gabby laughed.

“About Jace…” Nikki said.

“We’ll get it settled tommorow, he needs the cell break tonight” Gabby replied.

NEXT MORNING, ROOM 20*

Scarlett walked into the corridor hand in hand with a handsome dude, and they faced each other when they got to her door.

“So… I’ll come pick you tonight for the party?” He said, brushing her hair back.

“I’ll be waiting, and if you’re free at 12 we can eat lunch together in campus” she replied.

“Sure, I love you” he said.

“More baby” she replied, and they kissed.

The door opened, revealing Jarvis and Dorothy.

“Aww!!” They chorused funnily, making them break the kiss.

“Babies!” Scarlett gasped, her cheeks turning red

“Ronnie, meet my new roommates Jarvis and Dorothy. Girls, meet Ronnie by boyfriend” she introduced.

“Aww!” Jarvis and Dorothy chorused again, and Scarlett began blushing.

“I’ll see you later” Ronnie beamed before walking out of the block.

“How was the night at his place? Details!” Dorothy asked immediately Scarlett came in.

“You can’t be serious” Scarlett laughed but it didn’t last.

“I saw the gist at Rizz Hotspot last night, Jarvis are you ok? Wolfie really got arrested?” She asked.

“Rizz Hotspot?” Jarvis said in confusion.

“Oh…it’s a group where we share hostel gists, I’ll add you guys can’t believe I forgot” Scarlett replied.

Jarvis took her time to explain everything, and Scarlett nodded at the end.

“Serves him right, but be careful, every girl in this hostel wants him so you have a lot of haters right now” Scarlett said.

“I don’t care” Jarvis replied.

“And Nikki came here last night! He spent close to an hour alone with Jarvis” Dorothy said.

“Here? OMG gist me! Did he make a move?” Scarlett asked, and Nicole came in immediately.

Her hair is a mess and her makeup smeared, her heels are in her hand

“Gosh! I’m so tired! Hmm!!” She grunted, and the three kept quiet till she got to her bed and fell on it, sleeping off immediately.

“Rizz parties are Fridays and yesterday is Thursday, where did she go?” Dorothy muttered.

“Where were you? I thought something bad happened and I almost started crying. You’re my first friend and I won’t be able to get over it if you get hurt, I won’t” she sniffles.

“I’m so sorry” Jarvis replied, hugging her back just as tight.

“Where did you go?” Dorothy finally broke the hug to hold her arms affectionately.

“I was abducted by Jace” she replied.

“What!” Dorothy gasped.

“I was lucky to escape when Nikki and his friends came. I took advantage of the distraction and sneaked out of the room. I was threatened with a gun and…

“What! A gun?” Dorothy shouted, and Jarvis nodded.

“And now I need you to please call the cops for me” she said.

Dorothy dialled the cops immediately, and when the call ended, Nikki showed up with Craig and Gabby.

“Gawd! I’m glad you’re here” Gabby said, releasing a pent-up breath.

“Good” Craig exhaled in relief.

Nikki looked at Jarvis shortly and walked away, making Jarvis wonder why.

She stared at him till he was out…

“Nikki alerted us about it, and I’m so sorry you had to go through all that, Jace actually goes out of his mind at times” Gabby said.

“I called the cops” Dorothy said, and they gasped.

“What!”

“I told her to” Jarvis said, and as if to confirm her statement, students started rushing out of their rooms when a police car drove in, blarring it’s siren loudly.

Two cops came out, and Jarvis went to meet them.

“I made the call” she said.

“Where is he?” The cops asked, and thanks to Craig’s description, they were able to locate the room.

It was Jace who opened the door when they knocked, he’s with the vodka bottle which he’s already drinking from, and his left hand is holding a joint he’s about to lighten.

“Jace Braun? You’re under arrest for the kidnap and assault of Jarvis Dobrev” the cops said, and Jace frowned a bit, but it didn’t last as he dropped his vodka.

He willingly followed the cops, and a big crowd of student followed them behind as he was taken away.

• Who had the guts to get him arrested?

Girls were busy firing at Jarvis till Jace got to the park with the cops, there he met Jarvis waiting with Dorothy and his friends.

He looked sad as he got in the car with the cops, and he was taken away.

30 MINUTES LATER, ROOM 20*

Dorothy has a cup of milk cornflakes with her on the bed which she’s munching.

Jarvis came out of the bathroom not long ago after her warm night shower, and she just finished putting on her purple thick PJs and comfy socks.

“If high BP kills, then I’ll be dead by now” Dorothy said over a mouthful of cornflakes.

“Sorry for making you worried” Jarvis replied.

“But…why did Nikki just leave like that?” Dorothy asked, and that instant, a knock sounded on the door.

Dorothy held her cup with an hand and adjusted the cute headband in her hair as she walked to the door.

“Nikki?” She said surprisingly, and Jarvis rushed to the door too.

It’s really him.

“Nikki” she smiled.

Gabby and Craig appeared too, and Craig grabbed Dorothy.

“Come with us” he said

“But…

“You guys are going to Rizz Party with us tommorow night” Gabby said.

“But where are you taking me to?” Dorothy asked.

“Shh, just come I won’t take your cornflakes” Craig replied, taking her away with Gabby.

“Jarvis!!” She was calling till she was out, and Nikki came in.

“I thought you were mad at me or something” Jarvis said, inhaling his scent immediately he came close .

Unlike Jace, he smells like sweet candy, so calming.

“I have no reason to be mad, I’m just guilty…if I hadn’t made you stay with my at the library, then…

“Don’t say that, I’m fine now and that’s what matters, and thanks for coming with the guys to find me” she smiled.

“You have the habit of saying thanks at every little thing” he replied.

“I was brought up that way” she said, and he gave the heartwarming bunny smile again.

“Your smile is sweet” she said before she could stop herself, and he smiled again.

“Thanks pretty” he said, and she held eyes with him for the first time since they met.

Maybe the contact gave her boldness, and she could feel her heart thudding as she took another step to him.

“Can I… Yunno…hug you?” She asked with a bite on her lip, and he raised his brows, and she regretted asking immediately.

“No! Just forget about what I just said! I must be crazy and…

He pulled her into a gentle hug before she could finish, and she gasped as their bodies touched, her head staying on his chest.

“You don’t have to ask next time” he said, and a big smile beautified her face as she hugged him back, feeling so cute.

This should better not be a dream, and even if it’s a dream, she doesn’t wanna wake up.

She’s in Nikki’s arms!

She tightened the hug, and Nikki smiled too, closing his eyes on her shoulder.

Nikki was breathless as he ran in, and despite his sweaty face, relief washed through him when he saw Gabby and Craig in.

The room is loud with rap music from the electronic speakers, but Craig lowered the volume immediately Nikki came.

“Why the hell are you sweating?” Gabby asked, getting down from the bed.

“Jace has Jarvis, and I’ve searched every corner in the hostel but she’s nowhere” Nikki replied, and Gabby’s eyes widened.

” I just knew he was up to something with the smirk earlier” he muttered.

“Have any other idea of his location? His phone is off” Gabby asked, panting hard.

“Have you searched the building behind the library?” Gabby asked.

“I searched every damn place!” Nikki yelled impatiently, and Craig grabbed his jacket from the bed, rushing out of the room at the speed of light.

“Where are you Jarvis? Why are you not picking up?” Dorothy complained for the 100th time as she paraded the room with her phone glued to her ear.

Jarvis isn’t back and isn’t picking her calls.

Scarlett said something about how it’s not safe for freshmen outside their rooms at night, what if something bad happened to her?

What if the bad final year guys touch her inappropriately? What if she’s in danger right now?

A lot of What ifs ran through her head as she dialled the line again.

Scarlett won’t be spending the night here tonight, she went to her boyfriend’s.

Nicole went to the Rizz Party alone, so she’s the only one left to worry right now.

After trying her line again and she still didn’t pick, she left the room in search of her, not minding what might happen to her outside the walls of her room that night.

“Jarvis!!” She screamed, running down the corridor.

It’s freezing cold outside, and she didn’t realize it’s snowing till she stepped out of the corridor into the lawn.

The white balls of snow decorated her hair immediately, and her fingers cramped as she got her phone to dial Jarvis’s line again.

The gang were hailing as Collins removed the belt from his trousers completely, and it fell on the ground.

Jarvis was already on her feet, running around the room while trying to find an escape, but the gang blocked her everytime, and she cried louder.

He’s holding an unopened bottle of vodka, letting in all the ongoing noise into his ears.

The noise got louder and louder by the minutes, and by the time Collins got to Jarvis, his eyes opened.

“Let her go” he said, and a dead silence descended in the room as his voice dropped.

“What!” Collins said shockingly.

“Collins calm down” Latto held him.

“Did you just say calm down? He’s a bloody f**ker who loves getting on people’s nerves whenever he’s on the edge!” Collins yelled.

The whole room became tensed, and it got worse when Craig barged in with Nikki and Gabby.

“And now our hideout is bursted” Collins said.

Megan and Latto followed him, and the gang started dispersing.

“Where is she?” Craig said as Jace struggled to stand.

“Craig!” Gabby held him again.

“Can’t you see what he’s after? He’s knowingly allowing me to punch him! He wants this!” Craig shouted.

“We don’t have time for this” Nikki said and rushed out of the room.

“If anything happens to that girl, then you’re surely having it from me again tonight” Craig spat and left the room with Gabby.

Jace continued laying down there, and his long lashes hugged as he closed his eyes with blood all-over his lips and cuts on his face.

“Jace!” Ashley rushed in, and her eyes widened when she saw his condition.

“I don’t need your help” he said, standing up slowly. He was staggering as he walked to the sofa he sat on earlier.

He got the bottle of vodka and started walking out of the room, but Ashley held him back.

ENGLISH LECTURE HALL*

ENG 101 is taken by almost all freshmen so as expected, it’s a full hall when Jarvis arrived.

She could already hear the lecturer’s voice booming inside the hall.

The time is currently 8:20, thanks to a jerk…

She has been standing by the door for two minutes, thinking of how to go in without getting the lecturer’s attention, but she has no idea.

“Go on in, Prof. Marcus isn’t the harsh type” Nikki’s voice suddenly said beside her, and before she could turn, he opened the door and gently pushed her in to meet the eyes of several students.

The hall became as silent as a graveyard.

It’s dry, and she obviously needs coffee, warm coffee.

SCULPTURE DEPARTMENT, BIGGEST LECTURE HALL*

The ongoing lecture will soon come to an end, and the lecturer was already wrapping up.

Their classes don’t take long since they spend more time on practical.

The lecturer (Mrs. Sally) removed her spectacles and faced the class, searching for Jace with her sharp eyes.

She finally sighted him in the middle of the big class, in-between many girls as usual.

He’s seated in a relaxed manner on his chair, and his eyes are staring into space.

He might be a nuisance and a jerk, but he’s a brilliant sculptor, and every single lecturer in the department knows him.

“Jace Braun?” The lady called, and he raised his brows.

“I don’t see your work at the workshop, any problem?” She asked.

“You told us to sculpt the most important person to us, i have none” he replied flatly.

“Wanna go get coffee?” He asked, and she instantly jumped on the offer.

“By the way, who’s that girl in the morning? The one who came in your car” she asked.

“No one” he replied, and she decided not to press further so she won’t irritate him.

He got them two cups at the campus bay, but despite the weather, he got a chilled cup for himself.

Jace is immune to cold for some reasons, so even if the world is freezing, he’s the type to go for cold water, and he’s even wearing armless white shirt right now.

Ashley stole another look at his arm tattoos, admiring the traces of the dark ink…

They were about to leave the bay when he sighted Nikki and Jarvis.

Jarvis entered the bathroom immediately, and the thought of shower malfunction disturbed her throughout, but it didn’t happen till she was done.

Thankfully she washed her hair last night so she didn’t have to wash or dry it.

It saved her time, and within ten minutes, she came out of the room dressed in a short jean skirt accompanied with pop socks, boots and a hoodie.

“I can’t be late for my first class!” She said as she ran down the corridor..

It was already 7:52 when she got to the hostel gate, and it became worse when she couldn’t find a taxi.

She suddenly looked up, and her brows raised when she realized what might be going on.

“Jace? No it can’t be” she muttered.

“Of course it can” Latto’s voice interrupted her thoughts, and she looked back to see her driving out of the hostel with Megan in a brown car.

They both came out to her, and she stood her groud.

“You’re quiet bold, and I definitely hate that. You should be shivering like other freshmen do when they see us” Megan said.

“Why would I shiver? just leave me alone” Jarvis replied.

“You should go back to your room and sleep. No taxi is gonna take you. They all respect Jace and you’re just a nobody” Latto laughed.

“Not yet, you can thank me after we leave this place successfully” he replied without looking at her, and she was about to start wondering what that means when a Maybach drove in from the front, blocking the car from moving forward.

No one needs to tell her, that’s definitely Jace’s car.

Jace came out of it and rested on the car body, then he got a stick of joint to start smoking.

Nikki stepped out of the car, and Jarvis got down too.

“Ok another spectacle? Maybe she’s gonna break the second window this time” Craig grinned, coming out with Gabby.

Nikki walked to Jace and hit the joint away from him just when he was about to smoke.

“I think it’s hightime you stop. You can go to the kitchen and smash plates or break things like you always do when you’re at the edge, but leave her alone” he said, and Jace looked over at Jarvis who’s currently behind Nikki.

His eyes said something to her, and she returned the words with an hateful look immediately.

“The only thing I’m interested in breaking right now is her” Jace said, and Nikki sighed.

“Move your car, you’re blocking my way” he said.

“I don’t want to, unless you let her go” Jace replied.

“What the f**k is wrong with you!” Nikki raised his voice surprisingly.

“It’s fine” Jarvis’s voice finally came, and Nikki turned to her.

“Don’t worry about me, I know what to do” she smiled at him.

Both guys were looking at her as she walked to Jace’s car.

The front door is open, so she got in and locked the door on herself.

Within the blink of an eye, she moved the car, almost knocking Jace off.

“Yo! I love her!” Craig chuckled.

“Damn! I wanna marry her” Gabby added, laughing as he tucked an hand into his jean pocket.

“The f**k is she doing!” Jace shouted, and Nikki smiled.

“Exactly what you deserve”

“Catch me if you can” Jarvis said from the car window and smirked like him before driving away speedily.

“Damn it!” Jace spat, stopping a taxi.

He got in, and the mad chase started. He started chasing after Jarvis.

The voice in her head was telling her to run out far away from this psycho, but she wasn’t listening to it.

She did nothing wrong, and there’s no damn reason to run, so she stood her groud till he was in front of her, and she looked up slowly, their eyes meeting again.

“You did that to the shower, didn’t you?” She said, trying not to inhale the smell of smoke coming from him. She just can’t tolerate smokes.

“Yes, so?” He replied, his smirk deepening as he moved closer again, his body touching hers.

“Get away from me!” She pushed his chest, but it was as hard as a rock, so he didn’t move an inch back, but he grabbed her hands, holding her firmly by the wrists.

“I haven’t done anything yet, by the time I start, you’ll beg me to stop. I plan to ruin you and I’m not stopping till I achieve that” he threatened.

“What can you possibly do? You’re nothing but a sick guy who’s looking for who to take out his frustrations on. I’ve encountered many people like you but I’m not the type to run away, so…” She paused and smirked too..

“Bring it on, Jace” she said, and the smile on his face went down slightly.

“The housing officer told us to stay away from Jace, and I’m sure you are. It’s just so obvious, jerk!” She shot.

“Let’s hope you won’t die” he muttered, letting go of her hands.

He turned back and walked out of the room without looking back.

Jarvis released the breath she didn’t know she was holding, then she walked to the chair he sat on earlier and wiped it like she’s wiping him away.

“Who does he think he is?” She muttered, and her mind went back to the bathroom.

She rushed back inside and turned the shower handle. The water ran this time, and she scoffed.

“Seriously?”

She washed herself clean and rushed out again to dress up in a bum short and a thin strapped chiffon singlet.

Thanks to the dryer, getting rid of water from her hair was so simple.

She got her phone and left the room, texting Dorothy immediately.

She wasn’t looking up as she typed the text, walking through the corridor which was starting to get filled up.

She bumped into a body, and she had to hold her phone tightly so it wouldn’t fall.

She looked up to meet the angry eyes of Megan on herself, and she quickly apologized.

Megan pushed her out of the way, and she almost fell, but thanks to Dorothy who appeared and held her.

“I apologized, the pushing wasn’t necessary” she said, and Megan scoffed.

“How dare you talk back at me? Seems you weren’t lectured about this place. Freshmen respect the older students if they wanna stay long!” She said and made to move closer, but Scarlett appeared, blocking Jarvis from her.

Surprisingly, Megan only rolled eyes and left.

“Let’s go, girls” Scarlett held Dorothy and Jarvis by their arms, pulling them away.

“That’s b**chy Megan, a final year student, my mate” she said.

“You’re a final year student?” Jarvis blinked shockingly.

“Yeah, Nicole too, and we’re in the same department. Chemistry” Scarlett replied.

“Then we should probably start calling you big sis” Dorothy said.

“I’ll kill anyone who calls me that, makes me feel old” she replied, and they laughed as they continued their tour.

It was so enjoyable cos Scarlett added the needed spice at every new angle, and she didn’t spare any building.

The hostel swimming pool which is so wide, the hostel laundry rooms for washing, the hostel kitchen and cafeteria, the hostel library…

Everything is just as it should be and so conducive.

They were still in front of the library when Nikki suddenly came out of it, and Jarvis gasped when she recognized him as one of the guys from yesterday.

“Wait… isn’t that one of the guys? The cute one!” Dorothy said surprisingly too, and Jarvis smiled as she watched his backside.

“I guess you met the four already. His name is Nikki, he’s the most popular and brilliant English student” Scarlett said, and Jarvis faced her immediately.

“Wait…you mean…

“Nikki Ronald” Scarlett smiled.

“Oh my goodness!!! My favorite! I swear I didn’t know when I saw him yesterday! There’s no single picture of him online no matter how hard I searched and…

“He’s actually an introvert somehow, he likes keeping his private life private” Scarlett explained, and Jarvis smiled.

HOSTEL WORKSHOP*

The workshop is the assignment spot for Jace, and he’s the only one who uses it in the hostel since he’s the only sculpture student among his friends.

Gabby and Craig are English students like Nikki.

The assignment is to sculpt the image of the most important person in his life, and he has been having a hard time deciding who to sculpt.

He totally has no one, everyone in his life are selfish greedy people who don’t deserve even a glance from him.

He took off his shirt and put on the workshop uniform, his fine muscles flexing so good as he gathered the needed ivory.

He was about to start when his phone started ringing.

Immediately he looked at the screen and saw Brenda again, he smashed the screen with the hammer with him, and the phone scattered to bits.

Finally he has the solitude he needed, but then someone came in…

“Out, I’m not in the mood” he said, thinking it’s Megan or Latto…

“Are you sure?” A deep male voice asked, and he turned back to see Collins, his buddy!

“Dude! Thought you weren’t resuming anyone” he smiled, dropping the hammer.

“No way, even after graduation I’m still staying” Collins replied, and they laughed.

Collins Douglass owns the hostel literally cos his rich father built it, and the fact that Jace is his closest buddy makes him have authority too.

Apart from that, Collins is his biggest customer, a drug addict. He buys drugs than any of the students, and he’s also part of Rizz Boys together with Jace.

Rizz Boys are a group of the most powerful students in the hostel, and they’re really dangerous too.

“Is Brenda disturbing again?” Collins asked, looking at the smashed phone.

“I don’t wanna talk about it, what do you need?” Jace asked, taking off his gloves with his teeth s*xily.

“Molly, one million worth” Collins replied, and Jace nodded, dropping the gloves.

“Let’s go get it” he said, and Collins was about to follow him out when he turned back.

“Mind having fun with me tomorrow night?” He asked.

“Is there a mouse to catch?” Collins asked.

“It’s a cat this time” Jace smiled slowly.

BLOCK C, ROOM 20~8PM*

Scarlett and the girls returned from the tour not long ago, and they met Nicole back in the hostel already.

They all ignored her, and Scarlett opened an hidden door in the room which led to a small kitchen.

“There’s a kitchen? Nice!” Jarvis said, checking it out with Dorothy.

“You know there are days we get tired of cafeteria food, then we try cooking” Nicole said, and they both turned to face her.

She talks to people?

“Thought you didn’t like us” Dorothy said, and Nicole stood.

“I just don’t like too many people cos I’m somehow antisocial, and I’m sorry for how I behaved earlier” she said.

“Her mood swings are terrible. Don’t be surprised if she changes again tommorow morning” Scarlett said.

“Shut up” Nicole rolled eyes, and Scarlett did same as she fell on the bed.

The four had a good time talking about hostel life and boys and the school lecturers.

Scarlett ordered them pizza and drinks which they took before going to bed.

Dorothy was the first to sleep off, but Jarvis couldn’t .

She spent almost ten minutes on a call with Caroline, telling her how she’s adapting to the hostel already.

After the call, she got up and went to the shelf to getWet Kisses.

She was imagining Nikki’s face as she flipped the pages, biting her lip again.

Maybe Dorothy was right…love at first sight? He’s drop-dead handsome!

Her mind went to Jace’s threat earlier, and that was when she realized she didn’t tell the girls about it.

It’s nothing anyways, she can handle it.

The smell of smoke suddenly hit her nose, and she turned back slowly to see Scarlett smoking cigar on her bed.

She smokes?

She turned back to her book and had to cover her nose from the smokes.

Maybe she’s gonna talk to her tommorow morning about it.

Tommorow will be her first day in the campus?

A taxi pulled up in front of the hostel, and Caroline was the first to come out.

Jarvis came out from the other side, and she smiled when she beheld the wide, beautiful hostel.

She did every single registration online, so it’s her first time here…

“It’s even better than what I saw in pictures. I love what I’m seeing” she said, sucking on her bottom lip.

The taxi driver brought her big bag out the trunk, and he left after aunt Caroline paid him.

She’d have resumed earlier, but she had to get some needed things and prepare more, though she didn’t even get to buy new clothes but she’ll surely shop for them after settling down.

“You should leave now aunt, I can find my room easily. It’s in block C, room 20. The housing officer will guide me, I’ll call you” she said.

“You always say that” Caroline held her face.

“I mean it this time, you should leave. You can’t get fired at the supermarket” Jarvis said.

Caroline gave her a gentle forehead kiss.

“I’ll be the one to call you, and don’t forget what I told you about parties. Avoid them, and avoid final year guys, heard they’re all jerks here” she whispered, and Jarvis hugged her.

“Sure, I love you”

“I love you too” Caroline replied, breaking the hug to stop another taxi which took her away.

Jarvis looked at the hostel again and smiled.

“New life, New school”

“Jarvis!!!” A loud voice screamed behind her, and she turned to see Dorothy coming down from a black car which obviously belongs to her uncle.

“Dorothy!” She widened her arms, and they hugged.

It’s hard for her to make friends easily, but she loves this girl already. Dorothy’s liveliness is on another level.

“Meet my uncle Zach” she introduced as the man came down from the car.

“Howie you young lady?” He smiled.

“I’m good, and thanks for bringing this talkative” Jarvis replied, and he laughed as he offloaded Dorothy’s three big bags.

“You don’t have to worry, I’ll help her with one together with mine, and she’d carry the remaining two” Jarvis said.

“Well then, remain a good girl Dorothy” Zach replied.

“Sure uncle, I’ll call you when I settle down” she said.

He waved at the two before driving off, and they dragged the bags in together.

“I can’t wait to see what my room is gonna look like” Dorothy gushed.

“I wish we got the same room” Jarvis muttered.

“What’s your room number?”

“Block C, room 20” Jarvis replied.

“F**k! Same!” Dorothy jumped.

“For real?” Jarvis said surprisingly, and Dorothy winked.

“Yes!” Jarvis shouted, and they hugged again.

They got to the housing office in a jiffy, and the man handed them their keys and direction map.

“Avoid Jace though” he said, and they exchanged glances.

“Who might that be?” Dorothy asked.

The man only smiled and closed the door.

They exchanged secret smiles before starting to drag the bags all the way to block C.

Jace is currently standing on the rooftop of his hostel apartment, looking down at the girls from there.

He’s smoking as usual, and Latto is beside him.

“Who are they?” She asked curiously.

No answer came from Jace, he only turned his back and walked away.

Latto looked at the girls again and frowned.

Luckily for the girls, it’s not the time when the corridors are crowded, so there aren’t many students out. Most of them are still in the campus for evening lectures.

Finding room 20 was easy, and they took deep breaths before opening the door

Their eyes widened when they saw how wide it is.

There are four angles in the room, and each has a bed, a cute wardrobe and a rack, then in the middle of the room there’s a reading table for four. There’s a bookshelf beside the door.

“Wow!” They both said at once.

They were too carried away to see the other two girls in the room, and they didn’t come back to their senses till one of them stood with a loud hiss.

“I hate too many roomates! Why would that stupid housing officer do this!” She complained, walking out of the room.

Immediately she walked past the girls, their eyes widened and they had to hold their breaths till she was out.

They released their breaths at once, and the second girl stood.

“Nice smell, right? That’s Nicole Fisher, our rich roommate who’s suffering from body odour. She’s rude and hot tempered so don’t ever tell her, and don’t touch her things” she said and smiled.

“By the way I’m Scarlett, Scarlett Jones” she said.

She could pass as the nicest girl in the universe cos she helped the girls arrange their things.

Within an hour, they already arranged everything.

“I’m so glad you guys came, i was already at the verge of killing Nicole” Scarlett said.

“Is she that worse?” Jarvis asked.

“You’ll find out before tommorow morning” Scarlett replied.

“By the way who’s Jace? The housing officer told us to avoid him” Dorothy asked.

“Wolfie? He’s the School Psycho, and I have nothing more to say about him so let me take you both on a tour round the hostel” Scarlett replied.

“I have to bath first, I sweated too much. I’ll meet you guys outside” Jarvis said.

“Okay!” Scarlett grabbed Dorothy and pulled her out of the room,

Jarvis stripped herself, wrapping her towel on her curvy body before grabbing her toiletries bag.

She rushed into the bathroom for a warm shower, but three minutes into the bath, things changed.

She was using her facial wash when water suddenly stopped running in the shower.

She dropped the wash bottle and struggled to open her eyes, but the soap stings.

She closed it back immediately and turned around on a spot for minutes before finally finding the shower handle.

She turned it repeatedly, but the water wouldn’t come out.

“What the hell! How am I supposed to wash my face and the rest of my body?” She said, struggling to find her towel.

She almost fell as she searched with her eyes closed.

She finally found it wiped her face with it to get rid of the lather.

She was able to open her eyes after that, then she wrapped the towel back on her soapy body.

She rushed out of the bathroom, deciding to go give Dorothy a call, but surprisingly, there’s another person in the room when she arrived.

He’s sitting on the reading table, and his back is on her.

Judging by his familiar arm tattoos and the minty scent in the room, she had a guess of who it might be but she blew it off.

It can’t be, and what the hell is a guy doing in a girls hostel room?

Is this how they do here?

“Who’re you?” She asked in a low but firm tone, but no answer came from him.

“Who’re…

She hasn’t finished when he turned to face her, and her eyes instantly came so wide, she froze on her spot.

Her guess was right! It’s the motherf**ker from yesterday!

He’s chewing gum, his jaws contracting and relaxing slowly as their eyes met, and a baddie smile appeared on his lips as he rested back on the chair.

“Y..you?” Jarvis stuttered shockingly.

He ran his eyes over her wet bare legs then back to her face before smirking hauntingly.

“Nice to see you again, Little Cat”

Jace’s hands left her collar, and he started looking for what to wipe the spit with.

“Punk!” Jarvis added before going to Dorothy.

She got to her and saw Wet Kisses with Nikki, and she walked briskly to him.

She snatched it, causing their eyes to meet again, then she grabbed Dorothy’s hand and pulled her away.

They were already gone before Jace was able to wipe the saliva with an hanky.

He threw away the hanky and looked at the broken window, and the smirk returned to his face, but this time it’s evil.

“I’m gonna ruin her I swear it. She’s gonna regret ever coming across me” he muttered meanly, his eyes brimming with fury as his brows pulled together.

“Gee, you could have apologized when she asked for it gently” Gabby said.

“And why the hell would I apologise? Not like I killed anyone! No one f**king died!” Jace shot.

“Chill Wolfie, you got her friend wounded, and she’s not your regular type of girl so you should have expected that. I’m glad she didn’t hit you on the d**k” Craig said, trying to keep the laughter that’s trying to burst out of him.

Nikki said nothing, just staring at the three.

“The ride is over, we’re going back” Jace said, getting back in the car.

“Close to 500 thousand dollars to change the broken window, Crazy pants did him bad!” Craig said, finally letting out his laughter.

Nikki entered the car, and Jace drove away, leaving Gabby and Craig.

“Wolfie! Jace!” Gabby called after him, but he wouldn’t stop.

“I f**king hate when he’s like this, the hostel kitchen plates aren’t safe” Craig said.

They both stopped a ride which took them back to the hostel.

A COFFEE BAY*

Dorothy and Jarvis got to the bay ten minutes ago, and they took turns to treat each other’s knees with the stuff they got from the nearby pharmacy.

Dorothy got them warm cups of coffee, and they both took long sips before sighing out at once.

“That warmed me up” Dorothy smiled.

“Me too” Jarvis returned the smile, and they both laughed.

“But girl, you’re crazy! You stoned a Maybach window? Only the window is almost 500thousand” Dorothy said.

“How did you know?” Jarvis asked.

“I googled it while buying our coffee” Dorothy replied, showing her phone screen.

Jarvis looked unfazed, she only just drank from her coffee.

“What if the guy comes after you? He looked dangerous with the tattoos and the multiple earrings, he was even smoking and…

“Dorothy can you stop worrying too much? Let’s just enjoy this coffee” Jarvis cut her off, and Dorothy rested back on her chair.

“Fine, let’s stop talking about him and talk about the one you snatched Wet Kisses from, is it like love at first sight? I see you way to stared at him” Dorothy moved closer.

“Love at first sight? Pfft!” Jarvis made faces and stood, walking away.

Dorothy rushed after her immediately.

“I’m gonna be completing my registration online tonight, so I’m resuming tommorow” Jarvis said.

“Same here, so let’s meet at Rizz hostel tommorow” Dorothy replied.

“Sure” Jarvis smiled, and they exchanged numbers.

“Bye!” Dorothy waved as she stopped a taxi which took her away.

Jarvis did the same, and she met Caroline waiting already when she got home.

“I told you to give me a call” the worried looking woman said.

“A jerk almost ruined my day, and i told you it’s my browser right? The letter has been on my portal since five days ago” she announced.

“Oh no, you have to resume in a hurry then” Caroline replied.

“I’m resuming tommorow”

“What! No it’s too…

“The school resumed since a week ago, and I can’t imagine the classes I’ve missed. I can’t miss more so I’m gonna go start my online registration on my laptop” she interrupted and rushed in before Caroline could finish talking.

She dropped her bag on her bed and pulled off her booth

Thanks to the jean, Caroline didn’t notice her wounded knees, so she kept it on as she sat in front of her laptop to start the registration…

Her eyes caught Wet Kisses on the bed, and she remembered the face of the guy she snatched it from earlier.

She smiled and gave her plump lip a slight bite but she snapped out of it immediately.

“I’m gonna resume school tommorow and I’m gonna meet Nikki Ronald, I should focus on that” she said, starting the registration.

RIZZ HOSTEL, 7PM*

Dark periods like this are the most enjoyable at the hostel for all students except freshmen.

Freshmen are advised to stay in at night cos the senior students in the hostel are wild animals.

Loud speakers are everywhere in the hostel corridors, blarring music loudly, and students could be seen dancing, screaming, drinking and smoking… doing drugs.

Public make out is the order of the night, some girls even have d**ks in their mouths, sucking on their knees in the crowdy corridors, and some guys have their faces stuck in the middle of girls thighs, drinking juices.

Jace came out of his apartment, still looking pissed.

This time he’s on black shirt, and as he walked past the corridor, girls begged him with their bodies, but he’s not interested right now.

Since the incident with the girl earlier, he has been having this hunch that he has seen her somewhere before, and it has been disturbing him, so he decided to come check the only place that’d end his restlessness.

He got to the housing office and barged in. The man was already packing to go home.

“Get me the forms of freshmen who rented rooms here this semester” he ordered.

“Sure” the man replied, dropping his bag to turn on a laptop..

Jace took it from him and started scrolling down the list, checking out the attached passports one by one

“Is there a problem? Jace” the man asked, but he ignored him and concentrated on his search till he suddenly saw the face he’s looking for.

Jarvis’s passport came up, and a thin smile appeared on his lips as he stared at her form.

“Oh… She applied since last week but she hasn’t gotten admission into the school yet, so I’m just gonna cancel her form” the man said, and almost immediately, he got a phone call.

“Hello?” He picked.

“Hi, this is Jarvis and I hope my room is still intact. I’m finally resuming tommorow” Jarvis’s voice said.

“Really? Sure… You’re welcome” the man hung up.

His eyes met with Jace’s, and Jace gave him a pat.

“Thanks man” he smiled, walking out of the building.

Another three minutes walk brought him back to his apartment.

There are two beds in the wide room, he shares one with Nikki while Gabby shares the other with Craig.

They all have their separate rooms in different parts of the hostel, but after an incident happened last semester, they moved in here with Jace.

Nikki was eating dinner when Jace arrived…

Craig was on his phone while Gabby was preparing to go shower.

“So what did you find out?” Gabby asked, getting himself a towel.

“I’ll keep it to myself” Jace replied curtly.

“I don’t think you have the right to torment her. You’re at fault” Nikki finally spoke.

“Why the f**k is everyone saying the same thing! She stoned the window and I’m still at fault?” Jace spat.

“Maybe if you apologized…” Nikki continued.

“I don’t do that shit! Why would I apologise to a f**king girl?” Jace fired.

“Your ego is something big to worry about” Nikki said.

“Do you plan on f**king her? Is that why you’re defending her so hard? Or is it because she’s your fan? Which one is it?” Jace demanded.

“You’re going too far, dude” Nikki stood, dropping his fork.

“I haven’t even started” Jace smirked, walking away from him.

“Don’t tell me it ends here. You guys should exchange punches!” Craig encouraged, giving his phone a break.

“Shut up Craig” Gabby faced him, and Craig returned to his phone.

Latto came in immediately, and Gabby dropped his towel with a loud groan.

“Why is my Wolfie so frowny? Did something happen?” She asked, caressing Jace’s face.

“Where the f**k is Megan?” He asked, still maintaining the frowned face, his fox eyes so dark.

“She has some business to settle, so I’m alone, but don’t worry you know how we do it” she winked and stepped back from him.

Jace sat on the bed edge, and she began taking off her clothes, starting with her top.

Nikki left the rest of his food on the table and got his books, leaving immediately.

Gabby followed him out, but Craig switched to playing Xbox.

Megan was already completely naked in the next minute, and Jace had to bend her over the shoe rack, lowering his pants.

“I missed this!” She moaned loudly as he plunged his length into her..

“Gawd!…”

Her palms gummed on the rack rails as he smashed her from behind.

Her cheek pressed on the rack surface as her butt wrenched out.

Jace thrusted forcefully, spanking her @ss cheeks so hard.

Pain went straight to her labia, and the sweat on her skin increased.
