In the midst of intense pain, Javier desperately asked for water to be thrown over his body. While some neighbours tried to get buckets, the young man confessed in tears that those responsible were “ René, Delia and their boys”, and that it had all been Delia’s fault.
Third-degree burns covered her body, which was completely blackened and the skin was peeling off as if it were paper.
Unfortunately, his agony lasted until Sunday afternoon, when he finally died due to multiple organ failure. At the Viedma hospital, his father and brother were able to speak with him before he died.
Javier, with his lips almost motionless, again pointed to René, Delia and “his boys ” as those responsible for his tragedy, according to information from several local media.

The prosecutor’s office arrested those responsible for the crime, René MH, 16 years old, Guery VR, also 16, and Gustavo CV, 18 .
Two of them were members of the ‘Teddy Boys’ gang, while the third belonged to the Central Cartel, both organizations that instilled terror in the area.
Delia, 15, Javier’s girlfriend, was accused of being the mastermind behind the attack. Initially, the plan was to hang Javier, but the situation changed when it was discovered that he was carrying a bottle of petrol in his backpack, which his father had sent him to buy.
