Even in my darkest moments,
My hope never relents,
Though sometimes my soul shatter,
But my heart still gets better.
Special I was created,
But you make me feel rejected,
Everyday my heart ponder,
So much that I wonder.

But the world is sick,
You called me a disease,

My tears flow like a river,
And it seems to be forever,

And it affects me mentally.

I may lack the melanin,
But you shouldn’t be mean.
You think you’re perfect,

I know about your pneumonia.
Everytime people stare,
It makes my heart tear,
But I no longer bury my face,
Because I know I have a place.
I was born a human,
A very beautiful human,
