“It’s boss who sent us” Clyde replied

Rexton walked closer to them with no traces of warmth nor smile on his face.

Bonnie snorted..

“You look healthier and more good looking, what have they been feeding you there?” She smirked and Rexton shot her a glare, she immediately clamped her mouth tight.

“I think you’re forgetting I’m your superior” Rexton said and Bonnie looked down

Rexton faced Clyde, urging him to speak..

“Godfather sent us, he wants to know how far our plans have progressed and if it’s time to begin with plan 2” Clyde said.

“The plan is going accordingly but I don’t think it’s time for us to start with plan 2. I think Aurelio is suspecting something fishy is going on so we can’t let him find out just yet” Rexton said and Clyde nodded.

“Here, all of the future activities of Aurelio’s clan are in this USB… Give it to Godfather and he’ll know what to do” Rexton said, handing the key to Clyde.

“Great” Clyde smiled.

“How’s our second prototype… Was it successful too?” Rexton asked and Bonnie nodded.

“Yeah, she’s currently on a small task” Bonnie said

Rexton nodded and turned to leave.

“What about our first prototype?” Bonnie asked and Rexton paused.

He turned and looked at her for a while before leaving. Bonnie chuckled scornfully

“You really love teasing him… The day he’ll decide to waste you, don’t count on me to save your neck” Clyde said, walking off.

“Hey! Wait up!” Bonnie went after Clyde.

••AURELIO’S SUITE••

“Since I’m special to you.. Do you love me?” She pouted.

Aurelio stared at her as his face slowly turned to a serious one.

“See, you’re already angry.. I knew you don’t love me” Amour frowned.

“No, it’s not that it’s just-”

“Shh! I don’t want to hear from you again.. Frowny face” She scoffed and laid down on the bed, turning her back on him

Aurelio blinked twice staring at nothing in particular. He faced Amour and gently tapped her shoulder.

“Amour?” He called but what he heard were soft snores coming from her.

Aurelio chuckled and picked his laptop, placing it back on his thigh as he resumed what he was doing.

He was actually tracking down the location of the second killer of his family. A smirked formed on his lips when he successfully found all the information he needed.

“You even live not far from here… Perfect” He muttered

“Tomorrow, you’re dying” He said to himself.

Aurelio glanced at Amour who was still sleeping. An idea came to his mind and he began searching for something on his laptop.

“Best restaurant on Los Angeles” He called as he typed it then began his search.

••MAID’S HEADQUARTERS••

“Gosh, I’m so tired!” Coralyn stretched her body tiredly as she walked in her room.

She fell heavily on her bed, staring at the ceiling. A sigh escaped her lips as she thought of her brief conversation with Viper.

"Tell me, who am I to you?" Viper asked

Coralyn's eyes widened. She bit her lips as she smiled nervously, thinking it's another joke from Viper.

"C'mon stop that" She said and looked at his face which looked so serious with no hint on smile on it

"You.. You're not joking?" Coralyn asked.

"No I'm not.. So I want you to be real with me, who am I to you?" Viper asked again.

Coralyn looked down as she began thinking of what to say. Ruby suddenly came to her mind and she closed her eyes, heaving a deep breath.

"You're my boss, my superior… I ought to obey you" She said slowly.

"That's not how I see you though" Viper said and Coralyn looked up at him.

"You're more than that to me, you're more than a mere slave to me… I don't know how it happened nor when it happened but I think.. I'm falling for you" Viper said and Coralyn's eyes widened.

She gulped down as she stared into his passive eyes. Her heart was racing so much that it gave her butterflies.

Is she dreaming? Did he just confess to her right now?

Her heart raced even more at that thought but immediately stopped racing at his neck words

"But I'll respect your decision.. I'll stick to where you placed me in your life. I'm you're boss and you're my maid" Viper said.

He took steps away from her before leaving the bathroom. Coralyn stood on her spot, looking confused

Why was she feeling so uneasy?

"It's for the better Coralyn" She said to herself and nodded before leaving the bathroom

Coralyn sighed and closed her eyes when she realized she spaced out again. It’s the third time that her mind wanders off to Viper’s confession.

“I think at this rate I might go insane” Coralyn sighed, sitting up on the bed.

She sighed again and ran her hands through her hair before heading to her bathroom.

“Really? Drowning yourself in alcohol is what you’re gonna do now” Cleopatra scoffed

Cheetah paid a deaf ear to her as she confined drinking from the bottle till the last droplet. She threw the bottle against the wall and it shattered in pieces

“F**k!!!” Cheetah screamed loudly, running her hands through her hair.

She doesn’t know what is more unbearable. The fact that Amour always has a way out of every of her scheme or the disappointed look in Aurelio’s eyes when he looked at her.

“Cheetah, you need to keep your cool and look for another plan” Cleopatra said.

“What!! What plan!! Plans! Plans! Plans! Is plans the only thing I’ll do for the rest of my life!! Every f**king plan I make always fails!! I’m tired!!” Cheetah screamed loudly, breathing heavily

“Arghh!!” She screamed painfully, punching the wall

“I can help you if you want?” A voice came from the door.

Cheetah and Cleopatra both turned to see Ruby standing there with a smirk on her lips.
